I don't see why you couldn't? It's not as if they move out or anything and it's more like those Sims are just being kept out of the way whilst dealing with the others. Besides it'll be a waste of time anyway, they'll keep coming home when their needs drop despite there being facilities available - well my Sims have done that. So you're going to have to control them more possibly just to keep them out.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Okay, thank you!

You may want to wait for Metro to give a ruling on this one.  I could be wrong in my interpretation.

@anyone
Is it allowed to have your immortals and surplus sims live off the dynasty lot on a community lot (say, in a bungalow you've built) . They will still be members of the household and technically aren't moving out but they won't be sleeping/eating/etc at the dynasty house. Thanks!

Yes, that is an option — albeit an odd one. So long as no one officially moves out you're fine.

Did you try moving the household to the clipboard then moving them back in again.

Don't want them to lose relationships because Dylan is half a week away from elder!

I did it with my immortal dynasty family and they kept all the relationships. Their ages and skills were not affected either it is worth a try.

@metro
It is odd but I hope if there are less people on my dynasty lot it might run smoother. Thank you!

Go to edit town.Click on the house where your family are and hit the evict button. Choose the option to move out household without house.
Your family should be on the clipboard(there will be a picture of them) click on the picture and select the option to place copy. Then click on your dynasty house and select yes when it asks if you wish to place a copy in the house.

Let us know if that works.

I already said that it does not affect relationship just four posts above your last post,you really need to start reading what people are putting.

So just to clarify nothing is affected by moving the family to the clipboard and back again. Relationships stay the same,skill points stay the same careers are the same aging is not affected. The family stays exactly the same.

Are you aloud to give sims plastic surgery the day they age up as it won't lower their age bar as it's already at the bottom?
