I just gave this information to another member and thought I would share it with you guys.  I have a breakdown of every skill and what careers use these as metrics or as a major part of that career.  I included the self-employment careers as part of it.

There are four careers that don't actually require a skill - Business, Daycare, Singing and Magic(ian).

Athletic - acrobat, criminal x 2, firefighter, military, special agent, sports
Charisma - actor, education, journalism, politics
Cooking - culinary
Fishing - science, fisherman
Gardening - science, gardener
Handiness - firefighter, military, science
Instrument - music x 2
Logic - criminal (evil), education, ghost hunter, law enforcement x 2, medical, music (symphonic), private eye
Nectar Making - nectar maker
Painting - architect, forensic analyst, painter, stylist
Photography - photographer
Riding - horseman
Sculptor - sculpting
Writing - director, journalism, writer

Your list is short and to the point, but this is all also in the Guide.  Did you give a link to the Guide in the other thread?

The recipes lifetime want sticks at the original amount of recipes from the basegame - around 28 I think. So with EPs etc you have access to more recipes but the number required takes the original 28-ish.

Right.  The actual number has to stay the same so that players who have only the base game can still achieve that LTW.

I just want to make sure I am reading this correctly. Looking in my SimPort tour book, there is a request from Ausette for her Sim to perform in my Coffeehouse. Am I allowed to have her Sim Simport into my Dynasty so that I can see her perform?

Sure. I don't see why not.

Can we use the new Tablet from the Sims 3 Store in our Dynasties? Apparently it has a feature that helps with skilling multiples or something. I've not placed it yet but am using the set to furnish a new living room for my Jades!  :)

Basically the tablet allows you to multi-task skills.  You can listen to a 'tabcast' about photography while you're on the treadmill gaining athletic skill.

Metro,I have a problem my third generation heir has disappeared. It happened after I hosted a Sim on tour. She shows up on the picture at the start of the game but when I load the game up she is not there. She still show up on the family tree.

So if anyone has any advice on what I can do it will be most gratefully recieved.

EDIT:I went to edit town and moved the family to the clipboard and then moved them back in again. My Sim is back where she belongs. I thought this might help anyone else with the same problem. Metro is this an acceptable use of Edit Town.

Could I do this in my dynasty and still be eligible for HOF?

I was reading your Cruise dynasty and thinking, try the moodlet manager, that might help, or do a reinstall or something. Do you play with CC? Take them out and see if Sandi is still buggy.  Or just play from a earlier save?
