Metro, I got a couple weird glitches on my Dynasty, which I wanted to be a HoF run. Could you check it out?

I would go back to an earlier save if you have one because the aging up to an Elder thing is obviously bugged. And like Sportsfan suggested, definitely reset that Sim if all else fails.

I guess to get my previous save I had to have a back-up of that save. I guess I'll just have to reset him and move on.  (correct me if I'm wrong, lol )

Actually, the game should automatically create a back-up for you. If you go into (My) Documents -> Electronic Arts -> The Sims 3 -> Saves. Let's say your save is called "Dynasty." You should see a file or folder named "Dynasty.sims3", but also one named "Dynasty.sims3.backup". First, move the one that just has .sims3 at the end to a safe place, then delete the .backup from the second. Load your game and check if it's playable.

Oops. I'm afraid it's too late then Pam, I played again yesterday thinking i couldn't get that last save. -facepalm- The resetsim worked though, so that's ok I guess. I'm not sure if it can still be considered valid for HoF though?

Not if the ghost was already a former household member. If the ghost was already a household member, then you'd be extending its life.

Okay, I read in here that IFs are allowed, but let's say that I give one the metamorphium potion. Afterward, could I use the IF-turned-Sim as a spouse, therefor having the next generation be an IF-Sim hybrid?
