Sorry, I didn't realize you got to keep your money for pets.

I think this may need a ruling from Metro.  Can we start the challenge with a pet?  Or should the pet be acquired after starting the game?  This would go hand in hand with whether the founder gets to keep the extra money for the pet.

He said earlier that it's okay to start with a pet.

And Metro mentioned in the last couple of pages that we're allowed to have pets because the money you get for adding them is usually needed just for pet essentials.

This was what Metro said a couple of months ago, when Pets first came out.

I brought up the issue of starting a household with a Pet (and the money), to which I think Metro said that it was OK.

Pets are not Sims. They're pets. They're part of the household, but they're not Sims.

It's not a big deal, guys. Players will always find tricks and loopholes in things to make things easier. I, like a lot of other players wanted an easy Dynasty experience at the beginning and married Agnes. My Founder had over 100k household cash very quickly. So, yeah, if you create 6 horses you will have more money than someone that does not go that route. It's not an issue to me.

This looks epic, and I registered just so that I have a place to rant about mine once I make one... and to post a few questions!

The subject of the photo needs to correctly register as the immortal (My Spouse, My Child, Superstar, etc)

I have no idea what this "subject" is, or how to look at it. So, uh, how do I see it?

Also, what exactly does "supermax" refer to? And I don't really feel like going to the trouble of marrying my Sims, so can I just have female immortals and never even add a spouse to the household? To end my annoying questions, are we actually required to have any EPs, or could I play this with only Ambitions?

The subject is for photographs from WA.
Why are you so worried about spouses? And you can do all girls but you have to move in the spouse for every gen except 7.
Supermax means level 10 and all challenges.
No EPs are required.

Meh, I just don't like crowded households. And do you mean the skill-journal challenges, or are you referring to ops?

That is one of the things that makes the challenge urm challenging. You have to move in a spouse for six of the generations and by the end you will have a full house. In fact you will probably spend the majority of the challenge with a house full of Sims.

Correct. But it is easier if an immortal is best friends with their spouse.
