That's horrible news Rica!  I'm so sorry you lost both of your Dynasties! 

@ Metro, I did something called a Factory Reset which is where you rename the Sims 3 Folder and wen you opent he game up again it creates a new fresh Sims 3 Folder with the Game Files in. Pam wanted to know what it was so I PMed her what it was and asked if you said it was okay, although I didn't ask you (foolishly) so am I allowed to continue or is this Factory Reset not allowed?

I think it's official.  I'm fairly certain there is nothing I can think of to save either of my dynasty saves.   They are just constantly crashing on me.  It could be the patch or the saves are officially corrupted but I can't get the crashing to stop.   I reinstalled, factory reset and tried different saves.

*dies a bit on the inside* Not Artie! Never Artie!  I wish I had a suggestion to help you, but I am not nearly tech savvy enough.

Appaloosa Plains — 1007 Pomona Promenade,  plus 1 Mad Llama Foosball Table (Entertainment > Sporting Goods), and 1 Village No. 7 (Decor > Wall Decorations).

For some reason I can't find the painitng, does it come with any EP/SP? I only have, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, World Adventures and Pets.
And it is okay to create a pet with your Sim right? I did a dog.

No it's a painting that came with the base game.   Trust me I have trouble finding it too.  It looks like a dark and small painting with a spanish village on it.  It costs $250, if I remember correctly.

And Metro mentioned in the last couple of pages that we're allowed to have pets because the money you get for adding them is usually needed just for pet essentials.
