This is just too hard for me  ;D My sims are just living on an open lot without any walls... I still can't understand how did Metro do the Mans and instantly have such a home :O...

He married Agnes sold her car and spent the money on the house. The challenge is slightly easier at the beginning if you marry a rich Sim. In my two dynasties I married Thornton Wolff and Agnes Crumplebottom. It can be done without marrying a rich Sim in Pam's Dreamweaver dynasty the founder Carina married Christopher Steel.

Hello Widonja,

The trick is to move in a wealthy Sim. Agnes Crumplebottom join Metro's founder. She is quite popular and famous among the Immortal Dynasties.

Another trick for wealthy Sims: don't ask them to move in when you're at their place. Send your Sim back home and invite the rich target over. That way, they'll bring their luxurious car with them. A Margaret Vagester is worth 100 000$, nice bonus isn't it?

Edit: Not as fast as Ratchie :-)

I am planing on starting an unofficial Dynasty Challenge so these are some nice tips. Marry a rich Sim.  ;) Got it.
Oh! and if we fail we could start again or that's it and its over, no more tries?

Good luck with your Dynasty, VampirePlasma.

Agnes presents another big advantage, besides money: she has a high level in painting. And among all the requirements for your first Immortal, a painter for the young adult portrait is probably one of the most urgent. You don't have that many days to succeed it.

You can also move in more than 1 (wealthy) Sim. More Margarets...

I thought it was only $80,000 - Ish?

I have this rather bizarre idea: can you move in the Grim Reaper? Obviously, through the friendly interaction. Lol, I know it's silly but still. :)
Well, that's your opinion, isn't it? And I'm not about to waste my time trying to change it. - Lady GaGa

I think this came up before and I believe I approved it. I could not find any reason not to assuming you're following all the standard rules. Grim is your basic NPC, so if he'd become a permanent household member I think everything would be kosher. Not 100% on his life stage lengths though.

I'm sure this came up before but I was away for Four Days and have been Ill since Monday Evening so sorry to bring this up again. Was it a No to bringing the IFs to life as a Spouse? I think it was a No?

Imaginary Friend.

Ah. This falls into the same realm as ghosts and I've already approved Chronic to bring ghosts into his Dynasty, so that's fine. I have not had anyone tell me that Imaginary Friends brought to life have longer lifespans, etc, so I see no reason not to allow it.

I'm not sure if any one has asked this yet, I'm a little lazy to read through 146 pages of comments. Each immortal has to have 3 LTRs that no other immortal has right? So this means that as long as they have 3 that no one else has they can share other rewards?
