Now if your playing a dynasty game, (trying to play as much as you can before your twins are born) and you marry holly alto and she brings 4 cars plus the usual one and they all sell for top value can you sell them for cash because she had them before shecame to the household? Or can you only sell the one she usually brings for top price, or can you sell none at all.

How did Holly end up with the 4 extra cars?  And what are they?  I've never seen a townie with more than one car in inventory.

That must be a glitch because my first immortal married Holly and she just had one. Lucky you :P

Are you patched up?  The latest patch should have fixed this issue (at least, it sounds like the same issue - sims not in your active household spawn a new car every time they drive somewhere without a parking spot, and then their inventories fill up with all the different cars and cause your game, eventually, to slow down).

The game launcher says I am, but then there might be a problem there too.

I know that this challenge has been out there for a while, and I've been wanting to participate in it but my computer was so lagg-y that the thought of having a full house of sims scared me to death. I now have a new computer...*claps excitedly*...so I'm off to get started with my dynasty!! This seems very challenging and I admire the people whom have already finished it!

I've definitely been giving some consideration to taking on the Dynasty challenge.  I always become so attached to my Sims that a challenge aimed at surviving them a millennium would certainly suit my interests.  And I could probably use a break from building.  ;D

Oh, sweet irony, deliver me from coincidence.

I am so happy! Dec has only one more Challenge till Supermaxing Sculpting. He is at level 7 in his Career. Only a day or two till he can get his Properties done with the Money Tree's. All he needs is portraits, 3 Promotions, Five Metal Sculptures, Five Topiaries, Six Best Friends (My Downfall) A Business and to Upgrade his Properties, plus the Portraits. The best thing is he still has Nine days of being a Teenager!  :D

In my opinion everyone should try their hand at a dynasty/legacy style of playing. It really made me learn alot about about the game and took me out of my comfort zone (solo sim). Though I still get frustrated at all the old people walking around the house doing nothing when I look at how far they have come (especially for my founder) to immortality I feel really happy. :)

It is an amazing thing to just keep completing goals, the great thing about the Dynasty is it gives each Generation a Challenge and keeps it interesting unlike the Legacy which can go on for a while and get a bit tedious.

Agreed! That's why I quit my legacy because I got so bored of it. The Dynasty is way more challenging!
