Seasons in Island Paradise

Hy everyone. I saw on Youtube on sime tutorials ppl have the Island Paradiae exoansion pack combined with seasons. How you do that? Have all the festivals on the island etc? Please let me know how to do that if you know. Please please. Thanks

It happens automatically if you have both the Seasons expansion and the Island Paradise expansion. If you're playing in Isla Paradiso, the main park ground in front of the town hall should be working as a festival lot automatically - it was built in that way for those with both seasons and island paradise.
