Can't register to the Forum's Gallery

I tried to register to the Gallery, but it says both my email and my screen name are already in use. I tried to use remind the password, in case if I've already registered but had forgotten about it.  But then, there it says "Selected user doesn't exist." What should I do next?

You cannot use the Gallery until your registration is approved.  I just approved it for you.
