I meant the viola version of wala, thanks Pam :)

Saltypaws, I couldn't do that with my big house, like samoht said, I couldn't make the stairs go to the basement in a section of deleted foundation in the middle of my big house. I had to put the stairs outside the house, then build the house around it.

@Saltypaws: Ah so! That way I recommend taking a printscreen (PrtSc) before draging al those furniture out of your house, building the basement like Diane says and putting the furniture back in. Where everything belongs you can see on the printscreen.

I believe I have a house that I put a basement in it after I got it, it was tricky, but can be done though.  Will see if I can find it after work and send pictures.

I have put basements under existing houses.  It is easiest if you remove the floor tiles from above first.

That suggestion about putting the stairs outside the house worked very well. I am still working on the decoration but it sounds great till now , Thanks a lot  :)

Well, it's a little big in the main room.  But overall it's a really good house.  I like the deck, I'm bad at building decks.  I never bother with basements or foundations because I don't see the point.  But that's just my opinion.  I really do like it.  Something I did in my (unnoficial) legacy house was put a half wall to divide up the space a little.  Also, sorry if this is a little off topic but.....How did your sims make that much money? :o
