Unusual Courtyard Design. Built in Lunar Lakes for my Winterly Town Jump Family. This house is uploaded for smaurine82.

Name: Octagon-Courtyard
Lot: 60x60 Residential
Bedrooms: 5 including nursery
Bathrooms: 3

Cost Furnished: 275,054
Cost Unfurnished: 90,983

Expansion Packs: World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Supernatural, Seasons, Island Paradise

Store Content: There is tons of store content. I don't usually upload houses because of all the store content but this was a requested house.

Thank you! I still have a couple of other Lunar Lakes houses to put online but I've been out of town and they're on my desktop PC. I'm happy you like it!

Love this house.  I have tried to create this exact thing a dozen times, but could never spend enough time on it to get it right.  I either made it too small or uneven.  It is beautiful!  I don't have Lunar lakes, so I'll have to decorate it in a more traditional sense, but I'm excited to get my sims into it! :D ;D 8)
