*Note*: This house is not Sim tested. Sorry for that, I haven't had time. Also this isn't my usual building style so it is a bit lacking compared to usual modern houses.

Thank you, I'm just not used to building modernish houses at all so this was a bit of struggle to get inspiration for it (if that makes any sense ). Anyhoodles, I am glad you like it

I love it! It's like really nice! The nursery is lovely! The study! Everything about it! The outside is so beautiful! I have to download that now and sim test it.

Modern houses are just not my thing.  Having said that I have to admit yours is truly beautiful.  What I dislike about MOST modern houses is they are so cold and impersonal feeling.  This is NOT the case with your build.  It is clean, sveldt, but oh so cozy, warm and welcoming.  A place you'd love to come home to.  I almost never use browns or greens when I build but you have taken these colors are made them special.  I love the green stripes a lot and the use of the above head dish cabinet and counters as a room divider that still keeps the space open is lovely.  Very well done!
