Chapter One
"So, i built this little home right after I bought the ground. I know it looks extremely modest, but I'm happy with it. I mean, it IS bigger than my old room at my parent's house. And when I have more money, I can decorate it more and add some nice things here and there. I just know, that I will look great after some time!"
"After I looked around a bit, there was only one thing, I wanted to do: Eat my favorite Ice cream! I should be the first thing I will do in my new home. But after finishing it, I had no much money for more candy, so I thought it would be time to get a job. Wait...THE job."
"I went to Sunlight Shores Movie Theatre, where I would get my dream of being a famous movie star a little bit closer. But sadly, the whole staff laughed at me, when I explained them what I wanted. Did I talk funny? Do I have some Appaloosa Plains- Slang?"
"Outside the theatre I met Madeline Buckshot, a celebrity living here. I thought, maybe she could help me, but..."
Madeline: "You? A movie star? Hahahaha! Excuse me! It's been a long time since I heard something funny like that!"
Me: "But why? I mean, I read every book and..."
Madeline:"Honestly? Just look at you. In this business is no space for someone like you."
"I was totally devasted, so I thought it would be a good idea to phone my parents and ask them for some advice. But my mobile phone fell on the ground and was completely destroyed. I didn't know that I was such a unlucky fellow."
"I spent my last money in a bistro and ate waffles. The waiter saw that something was wrong with me and he had pity. He said that his cousin is the owner of the bookstore and I could work there for three or four hours per day. It's not much, but I was glad to find some job."
"I went home and right into my
cosy bed. I kept thinking about my new job. Hopefully, the next day will be better."
