Ooh I built a house like that once... the largest mansion I could with everything in it all on a 10x10 lot. I loved the challenge! You've done a very nice job here Only thing I'd suggest is maybe colour the underground walls on the outside? Unless you meant them to be grey

thz, yes its a good challenge.

Well its a goos idea , i did think on that but its underground , no one is goin to see the wall ( side us ) so wy add color, and side that i try to keep a low buget and adding color to the outside wall will make it more expencive, but i will think about it.
