Question: User made Festival Lots and earning tickets

I recently set to work on building my own seasonal lot. I've studied a few tutorials and have the basics of seasonal change down, but can't figure out one thing.

Ticket earning and the rules that dictate what activities award them.

Is it possible to put an interactive item that did not come with the seasons expansion, such as the climbing wall from the sims store, and earn tickets using it on the festival lot ? Or am I limited to the apple bobbing and mechanical bull riding ?

It looks like you are limited to just those objects as each object is hard-coded to give the tickets to the sims.

Yes I think you can only use items programmed to work that way. But there are plenty of items like that. I didn't realise the mechanical bull was one of them?

I can't see any reference to tickets in respect to the mechanical bull so I would say not.
