Resort problems

ALL the resorts in Isla Paradiso turned into community lots & ALL the resort blueprints/items were gone after I updated to the 1.57 patch. I was wondering is there any way to fix this?

The same thing happens also when you start a fresh new game in Isla Paradiso ?

It sounds like a mod conflict.  I had the same issue, but I can't remember exactly what mod caused it.
