I freaked out playing my game last night, my SAHS got abducted by aliens! Fortunately that only lasted a few hours. I was like NOOOO my husband runs in "What's wrong?" "MY SIM WAS ABDUCTED!" He's like what the heck are you talking about?

That has never happened in my games before, so I had no idea what would happen!

I swear I *just* installed "Into the Future" when I checked to see what the current challenges were. I'd like to participate in this but hate to uninstall the expansion pack - how do you "turn it off"?

So four days before my last child turn to teen and one of my Sims didn't go to school! I guess it's a DNF then... 

Anyways, I'm having so much fun with this family that I'll continue playing with them for a while. It's fun to have and raise so many kids!

   Dang it.. World #4, 5 kids, only two still in child stage and one lone kid for whatever reason decided to ride their bike to school.  Not sure if too many kids were trying to get on the bus or what.

Tandrael and rubywyld, I feel your pain. Maybe all of us DNFers can try the challenge again informally.

It really was fun.  And for me it was actually easier than some of the other challenges because it was very bare bones.. each sim had one thing to focus on ...  Not until there were several kids did things get a little chaotic with trying to make sure everyone was doing what they should .. or should NOT be doing.  I almost never have large families in the game. I may keep playing this family a bit more.. for once all the kids seemed to grow into pretty attractive teens, LOL

@rubywyld — part of your post needed to be edited.

I feel compelled due to the high number of DNF's to step in and change the following rule:

**You are allowed a slight grace period...as long as your Sim is on their way to work or school (children must use the school bus) within an hour, you're fine. But, more than an hour and it's game over.

so basically that means the bus or a bike is fine for kids, but you have to get them to school no later than 10 (one hour grace period) or it is indeed game over.

If you have DNF'd in this event because of this issue the team is allowing a redo for you.
