Triplets are a chore, yes. That's why I have founder as alchemist. I love my potent invigorating elixers!

And when they grow up, that means more slaves helpers with painting and sculpting!

Another thing about multiples...there may be some jealously issues later on in life...

Heh, very true.  Or even if there isn't jealousy, you have sadness or even despair, whether from the one who will be immortal, or those who won't.  In the Immortal Dynasty, spares have it rough.

Working on the pics and storyline for week 4. Should be up by the end of the day, unless hubby's parent's drag us off somewhere for his b-day. Gotta love surprise visits!

Am just finishing up week 5 in game, so that will be up by the end of the week-end. :D

(The New) Seelie Immortal Dynasty - Of Birthdays and Fires
« Reply #20 on: September 21, 2013, 10:18:23 AM »
This week was a bit more calm. Not much, but a little is better than nothing, yes?

The triplets all learned to talk. Gardenia seemed to enjoy talking about art.

Geranium enjoyed the topic of marriage.

And Hyacinth seemed interested in Science.

All 3 decided they would rather read their own books rather than an adult read them. Made me feel a little sad. They are becoming independant.

The children reading on their own did allow us some free time. Especially when Chris finally aged up to adult. Thankfully, he didn't have a mid-life crisis.

A bit of excitement occurred when Agnes decided to attempt a metal sculpture. Didn't turn out so well, as she quickly caught on fire!

Thankfully, Chris was able to put her out quite quickly. After that, she stayed away from the metal and stuck with ice.

Time flew by quickly, and it was time for them to age to child.

Geranium decided to take her turn as first to age up.

Then Gardenia...

And Hyacinth soon followed.

Come Sunday, Agnes aged up as well, to elder.

Thank the Gods the children will be starting school on Monday.

*peers out window and sees snow clouds* Oh Gods, please no snow days! I need some peace and quiet.

Cute kids, I bet you had a hard time getting them all to the cake ^.^

The recoloured stairs are pretty.

Yeah, it was an issue getting them all awake and to the cakes. :P

And the stairs actually came like that. Didn't recolor them at all.

(The New) Seelie Immortal Dynasty - Childhood and Snow
« Reply #23 on: September 23, 2013, 06:59:12 PM »
Thankfully, Sunday night's snow didn't prevent the children from their first day of school.

And the good scholars that they are, they did their homework immediately.

Hyacinth did his before even coming home...

Gardenia waited a little longer, and did hers in the foyer.

While Geranium made use of her new desk in her newly designed bedroom(All 3 got their own new rooms).

I'm a little worried about Hyacinth. He claims he has a friend that he is talking to...

But myself and the others in the house see nothing but him talking to himself.

Unfortunately, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday ended up being snow days, so the triplets spent those days in the Art Room.

Though it seems like Hyacinth may not be interested in art as much as his sisters.

Agnes, since becoming an elder, has been spending most of her days rocking away in the rocking chair. At her age, I think she deserves it.

Gardenia must be feeling lonely, because she is spending alot of time with her doll.

Because I finished all my requirements for the ambrosia (the "faerie food" Mom often spoke of), I have been practicing my magic. I have gotten good
enough so as to upgrade the appliances in the house.

First thing to get upgraded was the replicator, so I could store more of the life-giving ambrosia.

The night before their birthday, Geranium decided she wanted to grasp the last bit of childhood she could, and had Agnes read her a bedtime story.

Time finally came for the triplets to become teenagers(Wow, already?).

Gardenia went first this time.

How lovely she has become. Wanting to be like me(I think), she chose my hairstyle.

Her sister went next.

Don't know if I approve of the hairstyle. It's like she doesn't want to grow up.

Hyacinth aged up last.

He sure is turning into a fine young man!

Though I did catch the girls talking about him, and in not a good way. Something about being cold and dumb.

There may be something to it, as he was bragging about being "just like mom, in looks as well as magic". That really wasn't very nice of him. Perhaps he and I should have a little talk.

Turns out Hyacinth was just biding his time with painting. Turns out his true calling was, like Agnes, as a sculptor!

Gardenia asked to learn to drive, and I agreed. Little was I aware she wanted to use a vacuum!

And looks like Geranium is holding onto childhood a little harder than I originally thought. Caught her Sunday night playing with the toys in her old childhood toybox.

Oy, what a week!

(The New) Seelie Immortal Dynasty - Prom and Faerie Food
« Reply #24 on: September 25, 2013, 03:56:52 AM »
I'm still a bit worried about Hyacinth. Caught him Dancing with himself again...

*From the backround* MOM! I told you, there IS someone there. I promise!

*coughs* Anyways...

Noticing I was running low on invigorating elixers(they tend to go fast with 6 people in the house), I whipped up a bunch more.

While I did that, Hyacinth continued to practice his magick.

The triplets had their Prom on Tuesday. Of course, all being dateless, they went together.

And it seems like they had a fabulous time. Hyacinth made Prom King while his sister, Geranium, became Prom Queen.

Soon after they came home from the dance, Amethyst became an elder.

And the next day, so did I.

*wipes tears away* I chose the new hairstyle in honor of Mom, who wasn't able to make it this far.

Agnes quickly made both my elder portrait and sculpture,

...thus finishing off my requirements.

Having got my ambrosia, I sat down at the dining room table to have my first taste of Faerie Food ("Ambrosia").

Wow! It really does taste like my favorite food!

Guess this means I am immortal now. I am now placing my faith in my 7 descendants.

*sits in rocking chair* Now I see why Agnes likes this chair so much.

Now I pass the storytelling off to my beloved daughter and Heir, Gardenia. I wish her all the best of luck, and know she will make me proud.

Congrats on your first immortal! I think my favourite has to be Geranium, I'm a child at heart too ^.^

Thanks!

Geranium is actually my favorite, too, for both her personality and looks. I am a child-at-heart too(as well as in-mind sometimes). But I am jealous of her looks, as she got mom's pointed ears and pretty mouth as well (No clue where the hair color came from, though). I kinda wish she had been born first! I wonder if the pointed ears will show up in later generations. I certainly hope so!

Next chapter, staring Gardenia, should be up soon. My mind has been scattered lately. :)
