I don't know if I ever did the pole but I do see I didn't even talk about my expansions. I see to just be trouble maker, Pam. I'm sorry.

Ok I have all the expansion packs. I technically don't have Showtime yet though it is sitting on my coffee table. I ordered Showtime from EA to get that radio but then they messed up my order. So I bought it from Best Buy. Now they decide to charge me again and have sent it and they won't refund me so I'm going to return the one to Best Buy. Hence not opening it.

I actually don't have all the worlds yet. Still hesitant on Barnacle Bay. But can't wait to check out Union Cove and Hidden Springs and that other one one Sims 3. I can't think of the name. I am doing my best to hold off on opening the game until I have my Showtime EP. Officially.  ;)

I didn't think about the space these take up. I don't use World Adventures at all. I try to but there is so much to do in the game with my family that I haven't had a chance to do any traveling.  :(

I like the vampire parts of Late Night but I don't use the neighborhood. I think I need to consider "downsizing."

I have all the expansions packs, right up to Showtime (not trying to brag or come off as arrogant) and I just bought the Hidden Springs neighborhood from Wal-Mart last weekend. I think I'm addicted, but I can't help it. Sims is my way of escaping stress and real life.

I have all the EPs up to and including Pets! I was able to reinstall Pets after I got my new laptop that can run it properly. I'm getting Showtime for my birthday. :)

No one here would think that you're arrogant just for owning all EP's! Alot of folks do. I actually do too, my Showtime should be here Monday!  ;D Welcome to the forums too, everyone here is an addict for one reason or another. Similar to you, my sims are normally all 100% different from me and sometimes I'm not the nicest person to them lol, but all in all they are my babies and I love them.  8)

If stating you have all EP's is being arrogant, then quite a few of us are. I have all the expansion packs, all the stuff packs plus Riverview, Barnacle Bay, Hidden Springs and Lunar Lakes. As for what I play, I don't think I play the features of any one EP more than the rest. I have some Sims that have careers, some who go on vacations, some who have pets. I play a bit from them all.

Well, the thing is, I mentioned it before to someone (not here, real life) and they said I was bragging and "not everyone has money like me". I wasn't bragging (and I don't have a lot of money). I was just excited because I was getting Showtime and that meant my collection would be complete. I don't have Barnacle Bay and Lunar Lakes, though.

Kaye, I wouldn't worry about them and I don't think it's bragging either.  And I just don't think it's cause I'm in the same boat at you owning all the EPs and SPs too.  Sounds like that person just may have been a bit too sensitive about the whole situation too.

You can read it here from the beginning.

I agree with what Jase said. With my new Showtime, I now own all EP's and SP's. Until June of course haha.

I want showtime and stuff packs and Lunar lakes, hidden springs, but it should take a while for me to amass these goodies!  8) I currently have all EP's except showtime.

I play:
Base Game, WA, LN, FL, AM, Pets, Showtime

It is interesting to see the poll of "Generations" being most popular....am I missing out?

I wouldn't say missing out. Generations adds alot of children and teen activities. Like kids and teens can pull pranks on people, then of course there is chemistry which you can make 10 different potions, one of them being young again which is a nifty potion, if an elder drinks it, it takes them back to a young adult. But if you don't play families, it wouldn't be a high priority for you, unless of course you want young again, or an imaginary friend.  ;D Although there is also the clone voucher LTR which adds a clone of your sim to the family. Here is a link to the guide which tells in detail what is added.

For expansion packs, I have Vanilla, World Adventures, Generations, Pets, Ambitions, and I think it's called Nightlife (the one with the vampires).  For stuff packs, Fast Lane (came bundled with something else), and for Worlds I have Lunar Lakes, Hidden Springs, Barnacle Bay, and Riverview.

I must admit I find the Vampires annoying because they seem to overpopulate the game.  I love the layout of Hidden Springs because it has cheap empty lots right next to the heart of town.

The one that you called Nightlife, is actually called Late Night.  ;)
I only have Generations...  :( And the only add-on from EA is Riverview. I was disappointed that Generations came with no town, but when I started playing it, I understood why.  :-\
