I got the Gold version. It comes with sooo much Premium Content, I think they said more than any other venue ever before released. It includes only the third object I've ever heard of that is interactable by nooboos--the baby mat--as well as many toys and the ability to make them. Yes, you can have your own toy  (or any other) shop with the standard version, but only in this version can you make the new toys.

Hello! Long time lurker, first time poster. I just came in to say that this thread got me to purchase my first batch of Simpoints. I bought the $40 bundle and had enough points left to get Lucky Palms and a few other items!

Not enough points to get the Street Couture bundle that's been sitting in my wishlist but I guess I can't have everything  ::)

Well, I've just gotten Midnight Hollow, and Jennifer (The daughter) is neurotic. Maybe that's the big secret they are hiding. Also, the Teenage son has a book called "Inappropriate Manor" the dad has a romance book, Jane has a book called "South of the Simhara" and Jennifer is evidently interested in mars real-estate. Another observation, as soon as you start the game, Jennifer and Joseph roll life time wishes. Joseph rolled Perfect Garden, and Jennifer rolled Illustrious Author. Both of the school kids have C's. They all start off squeaky clean, except for the toddler. And Joseph also has a First Romance moodlet, and every single one has a New Friend moodlet. Dad isn't doing so hot in the Boss and Coworkers area.

Interesting. In my game, Jennifer rolled Illustrious Author but Joseph rolled Creature-Robot Cross Breeder. I thought he was well on his way as he's mastered Gardening and has several skill points in Fishing and Handiness.

Loving Midnight Hollow so far. Just FYI: If your sim is in a store, for example the Golden Ticket Toy Store, after the hours posted on the door, you will be locked in! What is weird is that they all went out when the closing message popped up then promptly went back in lol. This may or may not be a glitch, just really not sure. My sim was locked in there with several other sims all stomping their feet because they could not get out lol.   :D

Hmmm, maybe I should add beds and other amenities so none of the sims will starve or anything. Funny thing is one of my childhood dreams was to be locked in a toy store overnight! Dreams really do come true in the Sims!  ;D

I use Twallan's MasterController so I just reset the lot and it sent them all home. You could also just reset each sim as well. Would like to know if anyone else has had this happen in the Toy Store or in your own store after hours. Just curious if it is unique to my game or not.

I think this is the right place for this unless it would be better for it to be in Miscellaneous Help. Please move if it would fit better elsewhere. Thanks!

This is quickly becoming my favorite world.  I just love the feel and the look of it.  Kind of like old faded pictures with touches of color.

I was kind of laughing at myself last night when I was switching between this world and other worlds.  After playing so much in Midnight Hollow all the other worlds seem so brightly colored!

@crowgrrrl - Wow, that's not something that I have noticed yet in my game.  I just loaded up a save file to test that out.  At closing time, all of my sims were forced out with the interaction "Go Out".  Just as if they were at a nightclub or similar venue.  It wasn't something that I was able to cancel to keep them in there.  But once one of my Sims got to the front steps she got stuck there.  Just kept stomping her foot.  She couldn't go inside and she couldn't go home.  So I just reset her.  I teleported another Sim in after hours and he was able to walk outside without issues.  I don't use any mods at all.  I wonder if Mastercontroller hasn't updated yet to take these new store venues into account?  Of if there is just an issue with the lot.  Quite interesting.

@rarespawn - I agree, I absolutely love this world.  I like how one of the only colors that are really seen are touches of red or red flowers all over the town.  It gives it a very mysterious, haunted feeling which makes it refreshing to play in this world from all of the others.  It's a very different tone from the other EA worlds.

@Arefa - Looks like it was just a problem with the lot. No one has gotten stuck since then, thankfully. The stuck on steps that happened to you also happened to me. It was a spot near the door. Might be something a little odd there. Who knows lol. Anyway, thanks for the reply. Glad you are also enjoying this world, too.  ;D

Hi I have a question about this world. I really like some of the hair styles they have for this. Do you know if the hairstyles will be released separately in the create a Sim portion of the store? I really want some of the fashion and hair and not the actual world. Is this even possible?

I don't think the Store has ever had world-exclusive CAS content sold separately, so the Midnight Hollow content probably won't ever be separate from the world.

Depending which hairstyles and clothing you're after, you might have some luck with the Le Cirque Nouvea, Street Couture, and Street Couture - Kids and Teens sets. Good luck! :)

I don't suppose anyone would know if this world (Gold version) would be due for a sale anytime soon?
