Surf's Up Wave Station not Working

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting and I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question. I bought the surfs up wave station and placed it in the pool, clicked on it and it just keeps saying, "No Interactios Available". Then I decided to try on my private lot which extends into the ocean, and it says the same thing. I've researched this for 2 days so far and couldn't find anything. Am I doing something wrong? Is it a glitch? Please help, thanks

I bought the Surf station today, and so far it seems to work fine. I don't really know what's wrong with your station, but I'll ask you a couple of things anyway, that came to mind when I read about your problem.

Do you have any not yet updated mods or bad CC in your game?

What's the age of the active sim when you're clicking on the surf station? Only teens and older can use it. Also, it says that your game must be updated to the latest patch to guarantee that the Store items will work properly, so is your game fully updated?

I hope you'll be able to get it fixed, because it's a funny thing for the sims to use, funny both for them, and funny to look at!

Thanks for your reply:) I completely forgot I posted this, and I guess I don't get notified if I get reply,  I will have to check my settings...just after I posted this, I figured out that mermaids can't use the wave station, and I have a family of mermaids! Silly me lol! Anyway, thank you again

Notifications don't happen automatically.  You need to request notifications.  Go into "Modify Profile" and click "Notifications" which will give you the opportunity to be notified of any topic you want.

same thing happened to me with the tanning booth from seasons! I've placed it on a private and community lot and NO INTERACTIONS AVAILABLE
