Horse Social Interaction Issue

Whenever my sim interacts with her horse, she will walk up to him, he will walk around backwards in a circle around her and then come to face her. The first interaction in the queue will happen. Then, the horse will walk in a backwards circle around here again. Second interaction in queue happens, so on and so forth.
This happens both on home lot and on other lots. They have both been reset. I have no mods installed, or custom content. The horse does this will all sims, not just the owner.
Is there a solution to this? Its not a huge deal I suppose however it is time consuming and annoying.

I have the exact same thing happen. At the moment, it's probably just EA's poor pathing for adult horses. My foal didn't have as bad an issue with interactions, but all my adults did. Sometimes telling the horse to go somewhere and then telling you sim to perform the actions on it helps keep them steady, but more often than not, it won't.

Like you I don't use any mods either, but I do have some custom hairstyles and outfits for human sims (which shouldn't be affecting this since you have neither mods nor custom content and you still are getting the issue). I just hope a patch clears this up.
