007. The Trouble With Triples



Things seem peaceful on the home front. I see three sweetly sleeping triples. Aw, aren't they so cute? Three perfect little angels!





But controlled chaos takes over as everyone rushes to help Mei, Chihiro, and Kiki learn all of their skills. Here, you can see the girls trying out their first steps. Hannah took the lead on teaching that skill, but Aiden was quick to step in to help. Look at that perfect look of trust on the toddlers' faces! They were scared at first, but Mommy and Daddy know best!





While Hannah was pushing the girls to walk, Aiden took it upon himself to spearhead the No More Diapers campaign. While this Watcher looked elsewhere, he quit his job to help Hannah raise the girls. Naughty boy! But he is being a big help around the house.




The final hurdle was teaching the girls to talk. Because of all the crazy snow days, Antonia decided to help out her mom in that task. Together, they tackled the task headon, and the triplets completed their final skill!



When she wasn't helping Hannah and Aiden teach, Antonia took it upon herself to keep the house clean. She has been working so hard to be an exemplary daughter and heir that it almost puts all of this Watcher's other Sims to shame! Of course, she has barely attended school as a Teenager, so maybe it's just to stave off the boredom.





But Antonia's life isn't all work and no play. In the spirit of the Snow Day, she ventured outside to blow off some steam. The snow was deep and wet: perfect for snow angels, building snowmen, and constructing igloos. What an ambitious girl!





Finally it was time for more sparkles. It seems like there is always a birthday going on in the Jones household! Chihiro took the lead with her two sisters soon after. Look! Kiki's doing a booty tooch!





Now that they're finally coming into their personalities, I think it's time to talk about each of the triplets. Chihiro has unexpectedly become the dominant one. She has the traits Loner, Insane, and Animal Lover. Mei is more steadfast and determined. She has the traits Loner, Athletic, and Disciplined. Finally, Kiki is the one who always seems off in her own little world. She has the traits Loves the Outdoors, Virtuoso, and Lucky. Each girl picked an outfit in the colors of their infancy, but with their own personal flair.





Despite the fact that Antonia did not attend a single day of high school, she was still able to go to prom. So she got all dressed up in her pretty lilac gown and jumped into the limo for a night of fun. Somehow, she managed to get nominated Prom Queen! Although she didn't have a date, Antonia had a blast dancing with her friends, until someone got a little rowdy and started a fight! Still, it was a magical night for our heir, and she has the spoils to prove it.




All this chaos is rewarded by Antonia celebrating her Young Adult birthday. She has some hard decisions to make: will she attend University? How many children will she have? Will she get married? WHO will she marry? Stay tuned to find out the answers to all these questions and more!

008. University Pt 1








The first thing in Antonia's newly young adult life was a new wardrobe and haircut. Gone is her long hair from youth, replaced with a cute asymmetrical bob. Her signature color shines through in all her new clothing choices, especially in her dyed to match formalwear. Come on, Antonia. Don't you think that's a bit overkill?





Next, Antonia asked me if she could attend University. I told her that it was a great idea. She can work on her skills and maybe get a couple of friends on campus. So after taking the aptitude test, she headed off. Aiden and Hannah stood by to tell her goodbye, but I think that they were secretly happy to have the house to themselves for a bit. Antonia was beyond excited to climb into the moving truck. On to greener pastures!




When Antonia arrived on campus, her dormitory was completely empty. Hmm... that's odd. At least she had time to pick out her bed and set up an easel in her room. A violin had mysteriously appeared in her inventory (a gift from her Watcher ), so Antonia decided to try it out. Ugh, I think I need some earplugs! Keep practicing, little heir!




Finally, the other university students arrived. Curiously, everyone living in this dorm was a young adult female except for one old man. You better lock your doors, ladies! Antonia tried to meet all of her roommates, but it was almost impossible that first day since they were so late arriving. Still, good effort for a Loner!




At the Meet and Greet, Antonia spotted a likely young man. He had good facial features, if his tummy was a bit rotund. His said his name: Che Justice. Being a good Watcher, of course I hurried to check the Sims Wiki. Che is pursuing a Fine Arts degree, just like Antonia, but he has a romantic interest! Plus he Hates Children! This is not the spouse for you, Antonia! Maybe you should just stock up on sodas and candy bars instead...




Psst... Antonia! That barista is checking you out! Go introduce yourself! Good. No sparks flying, but hey, marriage isn't about passion in a Dynasty. His name is Garrison Fort. Wikipedia shows that his traits aren't too terrible. If the romance fails, he'll make a nice bestie. Be nice to him, Antonia! He is Watcher Approved.

009. University Pt 2




Antonia loves campus. The beautiful tree-lined roads and well appointed landscaping... She doesn't even mind that she has to either ride her bike or run everywhere.





University life is not much different than living at home. Antonia focuses on raising her skills, studying, and going to class. She's trying her hand at the new Street Art skill and unsurprisingly has a real knack for it! She skyrockets through the skill levels. When it's time for class, Antonia is often annoyed because of the constant traffic jams right around the doors. Seriously, how hard is it to move your butts! Ahem. At least she is able to make it to class on time. I think I've seen that confused look on you before, Antonia, with your grade school homework!




Needing a bit of a break, Antonia heads over to the coffee shop. When she goes to place her order, she is pleasantly surprised to see Garrison working behind the counter! His genuine smile melts her heart, and Antonia concedes. He will be a great spouse... of course, she has to get him on board with the whole thing. With my coaching, she is able to charm his heart and gives him a quick kiss to seal the deal! Look at that cute couple!






The rest of Antonia's university days fly by in a flurry of classes, skilling, and fun. One day, her art gets noticed by the paparazzi, and she gets her picture taken. It's nice to get noticed! Her classes seem to be getting easier as Antonia falls into the rhythm. It's not long before she's good enough to create a masterpiece on her dormitory wall! Of course, it's not all about keeping her nose the grindstone. There's more to college life than class.



The time finally comes for report cards and final grades. Antonia has been on the Dean's List for most of the days here at university, so it is no surprise to me when she graduates with an A. That doesn't mean that she's any less excited! Look at that smile!




There is enough time for one last date with Garrison. His eyes seem full of sadness, but Antonia assures him that they will be together again. Their final kiss is bittersweet, full of promise and unexpected passion.



Finally, it's all over. Antonia has made many friends (even one best friend!), found romance, and greatly advanced her skills. She is making great progress toward completing her part of this epic dynasty. Time to go home to see Mom and Dad and all her sisters. Goodbye, University! This Watcher will be seeing you again soon enough.

I will try to get some genetics pictures available. Two of the girls are adopted and EVERYONE is off at boarding school, but I will be bringing them back shortly to age up. I'll take them then!

Sad news readers. My husband is a military man, and that means that periodically we have to move. We have lived in Germany for the last 3 years, but now we must move on to our new location: Texas. An international move means having to pack up your stuff a long time in advance before you actually move... things like your couch, most of your clothes, and most importantly, your computer. On Wednesday, my beloved Desktop will be carefully photographed, have all it's serial numbers recorded, and put in a box to make the arduous oceanic journey to El Paso. This means I won't be playing any Sims until we get moved into our new place in November.

To ensure no loss of game (even if the computer doesn't make it), I'm going to backup my Dynasty file onto my external drive (traveling in our suitcase), but there won't be any more updates until November. I do have some spare screenshots lying around that I may be able to put up, but unfortunately, nothing exciting will be happening until after the move.

Sorry to disappoint, but this is a sad fact of the transient military life. I am going to be on serious withdrawal, but I do have the Sims Medieval on my laptop. Maybe I'll rock that for a bit.

I have finally made it to our new home in El Paso, TX, and our desktop is up and running! 

Hopefully, I will have an update for ya'll today or tomorrow. We're still unpacking and adjusting to desert life. I'm so excited to be able to play my dynasty again!
