Thanks for posting this challenge!  Long time Simmer and reader of Carl's blog and finally had to join.  I'm going to crack this challenge!  I love the generation challenges!

Are spare children allowed to move out and(not going to do this, Agnes fans, but was wondering) whether you can divorce after the baby has been born?

Also, what is the "Orb of Answers"?

Yes, spare children / helpers / non-heirs are allowed to move out. 
Yes, you can divorce after the baby (HEIR) has been born, don't have to be married in the first place.  If Agnes is one of your founders, you might want to keep her around as she can be one of your source for the large tombstone.

Orb of Answers is an item that come with Supernatural xpac.  It is like a magic 8 ball, where you can ask several questions and get some funny answers.  This item is currently on debate as some people is saying that it will proc lifetime happiness wishes that are too big and also randomly give you money.  Metro is ok with this item (few post up), however rules might change in the future, you will need to keep up with future changes.

Question about collections.

Are Lifetime Reward Items allowed as a collection? I was thinking since Celebrity Freebies were allowed, then perhaps LTRs would be too.

Also: are we allowed to use genies to grant wishes? Like the Fortune wish?

• Allowed life states: Human, Ghost, Witch, and Mermaid. Future bloodline heirs can be any of the above states as well as Aliens and Imaginary Friends.

What about helpers? Could I move in a genie, if they're not going to help at all bringing in an heir?

Helpers can be anything.  The life states restriction is for founders, heirs, and heir spouses/partner.

In a much earlier post, I was wondering if I would be able to reach level 10 in the inventing career using this lifespan. I did a test run with a young adult with a motive mobile and a moodlet manager. She made it to level 10 in 21 days completing 3 skill challenges and 4 black ops. Of course, her only friend was her husband, but there was still time to repair that. The consignment store only went bad twice and was easily fixed so that helped. So it works, but it was miserable.

Genie lamp is not banned, so yes fortune wish is allowed.
