Chapter Ten – The First Ambrosia

A/N: This chapter will be narrated by Audrey.

I walked out of the house and strode towards the odd gate the Watcher never allows us to go near. But now I felt like I was pulled towards it. It was a strange feeling.



I walked down a creaky set of spiral stairs. There was a hallway, and I soon came to a bizarre room. This room was styled in a very imperial way, yet spooky. There was a long table in the middle, and a replicator in the corner.



I walked over to the replicator. There was a glowing yellow button on it that said ‘AMBROSIA’. I pressed it. A disc of light appeared in a small compartment, which solidified into a plate of ambrosia.



I reached in and took out the plate and laid it on the table. I sat down on a chair, lifted up my fork, and began to eat.



I shall never forget the taste. It was...I-I can’t even describe it.

When I finished, I stood. Then I lurched, I felt like I was going to throw up. Tiny wisps of white steam began to drift out of my pores.

Suddenly, my stomach seemed to shatter and light exploded out of my body. The light spun in an arc around me, and my life flashed before my eyes.



Soon the light went away. I was left with a pleasant feeling. I felt younger, more energised.

I looked down at the empty plate, and smiled.

I was Immortal.

Chapter Eleven - Double Birthday

Tiger finally became an elder. He’s been an adult for a surprisingly long time and I had almost forgotten about him.



Audrey hasn’t.

Audrey: Smoochies! Who’s my little pussy? You are!



Anyway, Clare has decided to become a self-employed painter. Her paintings are worth a lot of money and I think she will progress through the career very quickly.



Audrey retired. She got a pension of 1400 simoleons per week, which I think is pretty good.

Audrey: Yes, I know it’s very exciting that I’ve retired but could you all go away?

Old Werewolf: Save the abominable snowmen! Support our cause!



Randy comes over a lot. It’s a bit stressful for Don because he obviously wants Clare to stay his little baby forever.



As it turns out, Clare’s birthday was the next day.



Clare: Ew! This outfit looks terrible.

Audrey: I can’t even bear to look.



I tried to imitate Clare’s teenage look as best I can. She’s very pretty!
