Can't Save Household

I am trying to move one of my challenge families into a new town and the game is just refusing to let me.  I can neither move them using the phone nor save them as a household.  When I attempt to save as a household I get the message "werewolves and other supernatural sims must be in their human form to save or share." 

None of the sims in my household currently are supernatural.  Help?
