I decided to build a small resort for Sunset Valley. This resort replaces the Old Pier Beach. I've deliberately made the resort a fairly low level one so your Sim has something to work with in building it into a 5 star resort! I don't know about you, but I personally enjoy the challenge of building it up myself rather than just installing a resort that's already 5 star. That said, I've also enjoyed building a 5 star resort too

Anyway, this resort has no custom content and no store items (Yippee!!!) Yes, I CAN build without store items

The technical details for the lot are:

Lot Size: 60x37
Lot Type: Commercial - Resort
Expansions: Pets, Seas, Gen, UL, IP
No stuff packs used





Hope you enjoy it. I have NOT tested it properly in game, so please do let me know if there are any routing issues.

HINT: If you place Bonehilda's coffin somewhere on the lot and awaken her, she will clean and repair for free

Bonehilda is a coffin you can buy (§3,999) that came with Supernatural. Once you awaken her, she will clean and repair and do a variety of other menial tasks around the home. She can be placed on residential and community lots and is available in any town. She's bought in Buy mode in the Sort by Function > Entertainment > Miscellaneous section.
