Store content not installing

Before I bought Island Paradise and Outdoor living everything was working fine; however, now ALL my store bought content is not showing up. My Monte Vista and Celtic lands seems to be having the same problem. Sometimes when i try to reinstall some items it will give me an error that my latest catch isn't right or something, but my games says its up to date. What do i do to get my store bought content working again?
