Thanks Seabody. The link for the dxdiag says how to gather the information for a report, if it runs a scan what do I do with the information?
Click on Save all information, then make a new folder in My documents, name it Dxdiag reports, and save the report to that. Now it's easy to find when you need it.
When you make your next post here, you can copy and paste the top part of it, like I said in my previous post.
If Machine name, (just below the date of the report), shows your full name, then you can just delete it, like you would in any other text document.
