Chapter Five: The Plotting Begins – Stage One

Felicity and Gigi went over to talk to Astrid, to discuss the means to end the feud, but Astrid was getting ready for work so it was just a get to know each other better. Gigi also let Astrid that she had no hard feelings, she hadn't agreed with what he father had been doing and didn't approve of any vendetta.

There was a tradition in her homeland that would protect both families, not just now but generations down the road. They made arrangements for Felicity and Gigi to come over on her day off and do their plotting.

Felicity and Gigi stop by again for a visit in the hopes of running into Gunnar, Felicity is in her uniform which will be a help.

Gigi letting him know that she wanted peace between the two families. She had separated herself from her father due to his lifestyle and she had no hard feelings toward Carlo’s family. Gunnar talked some more with her and was willing to think it over.

Felicity and Gigi went home feeling more positive about the future for both families.

I am trying to build a story plot for each town, connecting something special of a new town that will allow a different challenge yet keep true to the main theme, the restoration of the Lombardi name.

I'm trying to figure out something special about Riverview, so far I am hitting a brick wall, but I will come up with something. Too bad I'm not able to play with SEA, I could really use it for the town of RV or SV.

Anyhow, this is a fun one to work on and I am crossing my fingers that what I want to happen will happen.

Chapter Six: More Plotting -- Stage Two

Later that week, when Astrid was off work the women came by to do some more plotting on their plan.

Garrett showed up to talk with Gunnar, to let him know he was all for the idea.

They talked about it, and he lets Gunnar know that Amber and Ragnor have been talking to each other and a romance is starting between the two kids.

Dante shows up, he wanted to tell Gunnar that he could look past the harsh words when they had first meet. They had chatted nice at the gym, and he wants to bring peace to the families; no more fear on both sides of someone being hurt.

Garrett went outside leaving Dante to talk with Gunnar as Gunnar expresses his worries about the vendetta continuing. Dante ensures him that there is a way to end it peacefully on all sides.

Garrett goes to join the plotting with the women.

Felicity and Garrett leave and Gigi goes inside with Astrid. Astrid talks some to Dante

Meanwhile, the kids have been helping without realizing it. Ragnor ran into Amber at the gym one day and they chatted some more. They wanted also to find a way to stop the feuding. The parents may not have realized it, but the kids knew what was going on.

He talked on the phone a couple of times

and then paid another visit to her home and the flirting became more intense

and the two of them sealed their relationship with a kiss

and Ragnor asking Amber to go steady with him.

She accepts and there is love in the air for the teens who are soon to age up to YA.

He invites her over for a visit and there is more romancing, flirting and kissing. They are definitely falling in love.

It will soon be time for some birthday parties so plans are made to better the relationships with the Hannes by inviting them to the birthday parties.

Who knows, maybe the kids can have a good time -- have some cake and kissing yummmmm

Chapter Seven: Birthday Parties

First is Felicity’s birthday and it was seen as a success.

The Hannes showed up and there was friendly chatting and some possible flirting to happen.

Time to make a wish

And Felicity is now a full fledged adult

Before the family has realized it, it is time for both Karita and Garrett to age up; she to a YA and he will become an adult. They decide to have both parties on the same day. It is hard for Garrett to get time off, so they worked it out that the party was on his day off. This requires the usage of a special fruit, life fruit, to get the needed added time. It created more chances to mend the hard feelings between the two families.

And then it is Garrett's turn to become an adult

Garrett ended up with no hair, so he definitely needed a hair makeover.

Ragnor and Amber had some time also where they could continue their romance. Gunnar has glanced over and seen them together, but that was all.

Romance and chances of ending hard feelings looking good!

It is party time again, time for Ragnor to age up, to become a YA and fulfill his part of the family’s restoration of the Lombardi name. A party is held with the Hannes family invited and others who Ragnor knows.

Of course, no one wants to cooperate, just as the party starts Garrett decides he wants to go and get in the hot tub and I missed him until later. The Hannes show up but for some reason Astrid and Adrian leave and Karita misses out on another chance to flirt some more.

But overall, it was seen as a successful party

Ragnor makes his wish (bet I know what he is wishing for)

Yeah! Now an adult and no more school work. (he should have listened to me and ignored his homework, but did he? Of course not, when I wasn't watching he wastes time doing his homework like the good kid he is).

Ragnor sits down to enjoy his cake and Amber, her dad and Karita join him

but with him being a YA and she is still a teen, they cannot do any romancing; bummer.

He gets the trait of moocher and chooses the LTW of Creature Robot Maker it is time for him to have a midlife crisis.
He ends up with the traits of Love of Outdoors, Genius, Handy, Angler and Friendly. He decides will wait until he is married and has some time with his honey before he starts to work. Think I’ll wait until after they have moved and settled into their new home.

After the party Garrett heads off to work and Ragnor goes to a Handiness class to get a head start on his skills. Karita continues to read her Alchemy books to learn how to make elixirs and work her way up to making the needed zombie elixir. She has chosen the LTW of Zombie Master.

In two more days Amber ages up and he can romance her and the last stage of the plotting will almost be completed.

this chapter at the end gets a bit wordy, but it gives the information on how the vendetta is ended.

Chapter Eight: Touch Down!

Dante and Gigi know they need to talk with his parents, David and Nicoletta, so they set out the tombstones. They fortunately paid a visit, although it is late at night.

Dante immediately gets with his mom to talk about Ragnor and the vendetta

Gigi chats with her mother-in-law's ghost about the customs, laws in MV of vendetta's, what can be done.

The ghosts sit and think over what they have been told, seeking to find an answer to the problem. Nicoletta thinks over the past, what she had learned from her grandmother. She and David will return later to talk more with the kids.

Adrian aged up before Amber and Alex so Karita had a chance to do some romancing with him. They seem to get along fine and she goes to his house for a short visit and some romancing.

As soon as she starts to act quirky I get her out, don’t need her messing things up.

It is Tuesday and Amber will be aging up. Felicity has a couple of more days before she obtains her lifetime wish and she can quit her job. Karita still is working on her romancing with Adrian and Ragnor and Amber are able to start back their romance.

That night Nicoletta and David show up again.

Felicity gets a chance to chat with Gigi and Ragnor and Karita get a chance to chat David.

Garrett talks with his grandmother, telling her how the kids are in love and something needs to be done for them

Dante is talking to his dad and David get grossed out, Nicoletta walks through Garrett and it looks kinda weird.

Gigi talks with her mother-in-law and gets the good news, now to talk to the Hannes family, mainly Gunnar.

The next day Gigi and Felicity pay Astrid another visit to talk some more.

They let her know of their conversations with the ghosts

Felicity lets Astrid know that she will have to do her part to get Gunnar to understand and accept that the past is past, he needs to not interfere with the kids and their feelings for each other.

The next day, the kids get a chance to do some more romancing, Gunnar sees Adrian with Karita, and choses to ignore it, at least for a while.

Ragnor and Amber are now able to express their love for each other

Gigi and Dante visit the Hannes and get a chance to talk with both Astrid and Gunnar and she tells him the facts of life. Get over it, the kids are in love and he needs to accept that not only one but two of his kids will be marrying into the Lombardi family.

Dante then talks to Gunnar while Gigi talks with Astrid

Astrid is assured that the family she loves will now, with the kids in love and planning to marry, be safe from any harm, not that there was any retribution planned, except in Gunnar's mind.

She has talked with the ghosts of David and Nicoletta, as has Dante and Garrett, and she lets him know what was discussed.

This is now the law; that Nicoletta remembered.

In the far past of MV the Lombardi family had been royalty. AS in the play by Shakespeare, the tragedy of the feuding families had led to the death of two young lovers. The prince of the town stated “all are punished” because the parents would not allow the marriage of the two lovers. They were killed while trying to escape to marry in secret, and killed by members of their own families. If the parents had been willing to accept the marriage and let it end the feud, they would have not died and parents would not have lost their only child.

To not repeat such tragedies, the prince of MV stated that if a member of each feuding family marries, then a blood bond is created and the feud is ended for as long as both families exist. It is the LAW of MV that families who are related to each other by marriage is the same as being blood related and that to attack them was a death sentence for the attacker.
Family members can be cast out after the wedding, but the feud is ended, between the two families. If anyone tries to break that law, then the whole family, every member, will be executed.

Even though Gigi had chosen to leave her family, she was still under the protection of the family, thus her grand-son or grand-daughter marring one of the Hannes children would be seen as a bond of blood, the feud was ended.

That is what will happen in this situation. When the kids marry, and they will marry, the vendetta will be called off and both sides of the families will be safe. The law has basically been forgotten, as very few vendettas end with a marriage. The Lombardi's will make sure that the law is remembered and the Taylor family is more than willing to end any vendetta that had been claimed on their side.

So, as another town would say, Touch Down! the home team has won the game. The rival teem, in this case the Hannes, if they want to continue the vendetta, they will suffer from the laws of MV. He will have signed the death warrant for him, Astrid and Alex, who is still living at home.
Adrian and Amber are seen as Lombardi's, so they are safe from any harm.

Chapter Nine: Sealed with a Kiss

Ragnor asks Amber out for a date and he and Amber go inside and do some kissing and chatting.

He gives her the news of what the family’s goal is; the restoration of the Lombardi name. He wants her to know what will be asked of her in the future. As they are standing in front of the building chatting it is a copy of his parents date, it is a full moon and a zombie comes up and messes up the evening.

After he cures the zombie she then heads home to think about all she has been told.
Felicity comes home from work having achieved her LTW, she is now an astronaut.

Karita has finally been able to track down Adrian, he keeps moving from one place to another. He ends up visiting with someone and she goes there to work on their relationship. He starts to flirt and I take advantage of it

First kiss

He says yes, they a kiss and then he has to dash off, he is ready to fall asleep on his feet. Karita is now able to go home to talk with her parents and start planning her future.

That night Ragnor’s grandparents pay a visit and he gets to chat with them.

Nicoletta lets him know that he doesn’t need to worry about Amber. Even she has heard that they both have the eternally faithful claim and to receive that her love for him must be strong. It is rare for a couple who have not yet married to receive that reputation.

Ragnor pays another visit to Amber and twice she popped up wedding rings so I take the hint and have Ragnor invite her over for a visit.

Then, by the flowers in the back yard he asks her to marry him and they have a private wedding.

Amber of course agrees to marry him

With this ring I thee wed

You may now kiss the bride

She then gave him a big hug, it was so cute

I am sure that they will live happily ever after.

Back to the story

With weddings in the air the next day Karita asks Adrian to come over for a visit and then she asks him to marry her.

he says yes

and they have the wedding right there

then it is her turn to put the ring on the finger

and you may now kiss the bride

And with the seal of their kisses, the vendetta is closed and exists no more.

Next, to give the good news to Amber and Adrian's family.

Chapter Ten: Planning for the Future

Nicoletta late one night pays a visit and talks with Amber.

Amber has a nice chat with her and then off she goes to bed. Then next day Felicity quits her job and is able to focus on her magic and alchemy. There are two newlyweds in the house so romance is in the air and four sets of married couples decide to get frisky.

The oldest started it first

then I find the next oldest making out in the family room

I go looking for the two youngest and find Ragnor and Amber making out downstairs so tell them to go and get a room, preferably their bedroom.

So they head to their bedroom and picked up where they left off.

What I didn't expect was for Garrett and Felicity to find the closest bedroom instead of going to their own!

So, mom and dad were next door to son and daughter-in-law,

while across the hallway was the daughter and son-in-law

Karita was chatting with Adrian in their bedroom

so, I told them to have some fun woohoo!

Later, Amber goes to visit her dad to let him know that she and Ragnor are married, she is happy and what their plans are for the future.

Her mom is thrilled, of course. She is happy that the family is safe and that her kids are happy.

He chats with Ragnor some more and finally accepts that his little girl is married to someone he wasn’t too happy with at first. He also accepts that with two of his kids married, the vendetta is now over and he and the ones he loves are now safe. He needs to let go of the fear, angry and bitterness he has held onto since childhood.
Felicity, since her retirement, has focused on practicing her magic; first she upgrades the shower

and decides to practice her fire spells. She sets fire to the yard.

No problem, she just uses the extinguisher to put it out.

The side benefit -- the insurance company gives her $300,000 for the fire.

Meanwhile, Karita and Adrian have decided they want to stay in AS and have found a nice home nearby. In fact, it is right next door and is also close to where his parents live so they can keep an eye on them. Adrian has taken a job with law enforcement and Karita can work on becoming a zombie master. She can create them and then control them; perfect job for an insane person.

It even has a garden and a couple of ponds in the backyard so she will have all of the plants and fish needed to make her elixirs.

Plans are made to start looking for a new home in the town they will be heading toward. They have decided to look for a house already built there. After a couple of days looking they found one but it needs more work done on it. In a couple of weeks it will be ready to move into. Garrett believes that he will have reached the top of his career in just a few days and will be ready to retire; so off they will go to their new home as soon as the house is ready.
Karita and Adrian are planning to start a family so the town of AS will now have Lombardi’s living in it. The family name will continue in this town and Lombardi’s will soon have an influence here as they have in MF and in MV; the family's home town.

Amber and Ragnor had at first decided to wait until they moved to start a new family. However, she wants to have a baby right now and her mom and dad were thrilled at the idea of her having her first baby so they could see him or her before they moved away.
So, it was decided to try for a child while they waited for the new home to be finished.

Chapter Eleven: Life and Death

The next morning, after a hard night of work in creating a baby, Amber wakes up and goes to play chess on the computer and becomes sick.

Yep, she’s pregnant.

Felicity is working on her magic.

Amber does her twirl at the computer, get the baby bump.

She and Ragnor go to visit her parents to let them know that they will be grandparents. She is so excited, a baby, she is going to have a baby!

Her parents are happy, even her mom, who she had to wake up to tell her the news.

She keeps busy reading books and also writing a book; she would like to write part time. She has no set career so she decided to blend in a few; writing, making elixirs to sell and for the family to use and perhaps painting, she isn’t sure. Ragnor has to learn gardening for his job, perhaps she can work with him in a garden, or fishing. He has to do fishing so she could fish with him. They could have fun being out in the open and fish, making some extra money from the fish they didn't need. Or cook, there are so many things she can do it will be too hard to pick one so she decides to pick three to work on.

It is not long before she goes into labor. She expected the men to freak out --

first Garrett

then Ragnor

-- but Gigi? She has had three kids, why was she freaking out? And Felicity is also doing the jump and shout routine.

Ragnor calms down and decides to make poison apples and then leaves.

Then she saw glitter and her arms were finally holding the little stinker who was practicing soccer inside her. A girl, a beautiful little girl.

She put Catlin in the crib and then some more pains come and what, no, it can’t be. Another girl, she had been carrying twins!

Shayla, that was a nice name for her, Catlin and Shayla, nice Irish names; her mom’s side of the family was from Irish background.

It was a good thing there were so many adults in the house, with two to take care of it would be nice to have extra hands. And right on that thought one of the girls, Catlin, started to cry, she was hungry. Greatgrandpa to the rescue, he gave her a bottle

and then Great grandma, not to be outdone, was there to give Shayla her bottle as she started to cry.

Dante and Gigi are accepting that soon they will leave this world and not just the town of AS, but the earthly one. They both realize that soon Grim will be coming for them and they are ready to rest. It has been a hard job, not in raising the kids, but in dealing with the problems of vendetta, they deserve a chance to rest and an occasional visit late at night. They had the joy of seeing their great-grandchildren and they had lived a full life. No sooner than they had looked at their lifespan than tragedy strikes.

The next evening was a sad time. Dante had just finished a book, a masterpiece, when Grim paid a visit and sent Dante ahead of him.

Grim decided to stayed and chat. The family talked with him some

They then started to morn and he just disappears.

Can’t stand the tears maybe? Didn’t get on the computer, maybe Dante was the last one on his list.

Amber and Ragnor had wanted to have only two kids so that meant the twins were it. No more kids, one would continue the restoration of the Lombardi name by traveling to another town after she was married and the other would stay in their new home and raise a family there.

Phone calls were made and internet sites were examined to find the perfect home for them. Plans were made for when they wanted to leave and head off to the next town.

And while they waited they had some visits from Dante; he may have died, but his ghost was sticking around.

Chapter Twelve: Moving Onward

It was time for the girls to age up to toddlers and the family was waiting; ready for the fun to begin. They did their twirl with the sparkles and here they are; Double Trouble.

While waiting for the house to be ready the family works on the teaching of the twins. Everyone stepped in help with the chores of talking and walking with the twins.

Then they received the phone call, the house was ready.

They planned a party to say their goodbyes to loved ones and the next morning they would be heading to their new home.

The party is over, the family sleeps that night and in the morning they drive away from their home heading toward their new life in the new town.

Wondering what their new home and a new town will hold for them. They do know they would like to have some peace and quiet.

Epilogue

The family has had many events in their lives; each town has had something special in it. What will happen to them in this new town, what will make it special? Monte Vista had been the beginning of the restoration of the Lombardi name. In Moonlight Falls they had learned of the supernatural world and embraced it with Felicity, her being a witch and then her daughter being born one and son who became one. Now one of the grand-daughters was also a witch. In Aurora Skies the vendetta that had been caused by tragedy in MV was brought to a close.
What would the new town bring to their lives, was their going to be anything special of this town, or would they get a much needed rest they are hopping for?

Prologue

The family had weathered many events, regaining recognition in their home town of MV; in MF the discovering that want was supposed to be “boggy men” not only existed but was no threat to them and in AS the ending of a vendetta in peace not death.
The Lombardi family was now hoping for a chance to rest and recharge their batteries, for peace and quiet. Were they going to get that here, in this new town? It looked from the air as a quiet, sleepy town with a river that meandered through it. There was an island close to the end of the river that traveled toward the ocean with some small islands between it and the ocean. A smaller river divided one side of the town into two sections; one that was mainly farming and the other mainly residential.
The town was aptly named Riverview. It was a mainly a farming town, with some foothills that surrounded the towns. As the plane flew in to the small airstrip they could see the hills slowly grow in size leading to the faint outline that could be some small mountains, but not really clear from where they were.
They could not wait to get off the plane and head to their new home. They had seen the photos, but that gave a clue, hint of what it was like. They couldn’t wait to see it for real.

Chapter One: The River of Life

They arrive at their new home, wondering what it was really like, photos give impression but not the reality.

What was the first thing to do? Unpack, a fun job (NOT - been there, done that, hated it) especially with two toddlers around and one who seemed to want to be outside all the time.

Grandparents did find time to help the girls with their music and peg box.

A birthday came for the twins.

The twins aged up and would be attending school the next day.

Their first day at school wasn’t smooth sailing. Felicity and Amber visit the elixir store while Ragnor goes hunting for fishing spots, no luck in the spots he had fished. When it gets dark he heads home, hungry and tired.

Gigi and Garrett stay home. School lets out and the bus shows heading home and then the girls doing homework. The ladies come home much later (had some gems to cut) and Ragnor was heading home even later.

It seemed however that Catlin hadn’t caught the bus, she was still at school. Shayla hadn’t finished her homework; instead she had been playing on the computer. Catlin jumps on her broomstick and heads home and both girls are stinky and very hungry. It was a madhouse with everyone hungry and stinky and Shayla homework not finished. She went to school without her homework finished, served her right.

The next day Felicity, Amber and Garrett go to check out the community garden that has been created for alchemists.

Felicity, Amber and Garrett return home hungry and stinky. To find it was a repeat of the day before; Catlin missed the bus, Shayla had been told to do homework but didn’t do it all and it was late in the evening. Should have sent the girls to bed without their supper; but they ate, Shayla finished her homework, they showered and went to bed.
Ragnor had seen a hatchery and feels it is cheating to fish there but he needs to get that skill up for his future job.

Thank God it is Friday. Things can get on a better schedule now. Catlin has met one of the Ivanov kids, Simon.

Hopefully it will be a nice quiet weekend.

Chapter Two: The Down and Ups of Life

Sat started out as a fine day, kids were put onto a routine of meals, homework and bedtime. Amber goes out to visit a townie who she has heard also has twins. She talks to Elaine and they get along fine. Her twins are boys and just a couple of days younger than Ambers.

In the late afternoon Ragnor gets up from sleeping most of the day; he has plans to fish most of the night. As he leaves the room he passes Gigi. At the stairs he hears the dreaded noise and runs back to the bedroom.

He stands there in shock as the rest of the family come into the room.

They are all crying; Gigi was well loved by all and this was just terrible. But Gigi doesn’t seem to mind. She turns to Grim and shakes his hand and then leaves the family.

Grim stood for just a second looking at the family and then he disappears.

(Realistically I know it is a program and that is all; but I want to go with my belief that the first of a pair that who are eternally faithful begs to not leave their mate, they want to be there with him or her. When it is the mate’s time to go, they are happy to do so as they will now be reunited. Yeah, I know I am a sap at heart,)

Life goes on, Garrett writes books and does the cooking and Felicity practices her magic and martial arts. Amber starts to learn alchemy and Ragnor is fishing at the hatchery and gains in his skills and get the required fish for Amber’s alchemy potions. The girls are doing better in school and have gone to the newly opened playground/park (Gym of a Park) and Amber and Ragnor was able to chat with Elaine and George.

Chapter Three: Birthdays, Birthdays, Birthdays, Birthdays (did I say Birthdays?)

There are three birthdays coming up and luck (along with life fruit) has spanned them out so there will be none on the same day. First up is Garrett, he has met a few people and this is a good chance to get to know them better.

Felicity’s party she added a couple more names to the list and there was a nice amount showing up. It was a shock to see it was a success, as there was an unexpected excitement. Amber decided to go and grill hotdogs just as the party started.

The grill caught on fire and it was a shout and dance event for a while.

Next ones to age up are the twins to teens -- where has the time gone? Life fruit made it able to work the birthday on the weekend and the girls had meet some of the school kids so four of the Ivanov’s kids and the Dean twins were invited. Sadly, the only ones of the Ivanov family that showed up was the oldest sister, Ivan one of the triplets and Dimitri.

The girls were able to chat with some of the guests, especially with Dimitri Ivanov.

Unfortunately, the other boys were all a day or two younger than the girls, so they would have to wait a couple of days before they could meet them.

Then knew some of them from school, Simon and Justin Ivanov and Heath Dean, who were invited but didn't come to the party.

Coming up a few days later would be Ragnor's and Amber's adult birthdays. Crossing fingers that the boys will be able to come to the party.

With Shayla for some reason I didn't get one of her in formal, so I will show the everyday one. I try to show one that they may not be seen in.

The day ends on a good note, the party was a success, the girls meet two of the Ivanov's boys (Ivan was not seen in any of the pictures) and plans to get with the families later on for the teens to have good times.

Chapter Four: Sad Birthdays and Some Good Romancing

It is time for Ragnor and Amber to age up to Adults, and somehow everything went wrong. On Ragnor’s birthday the girls took the center stage as they ran into prospective gents at the Enchanted Garden.

While they were chatting with Ivan, Simon and Heath, all of a sudden it went to Ragnor, who was in the lower deck with Amber to celebrate his adult birthday.

And poor Amber, she had it even worse, it was also forgotten that it was coming up and the girls were chatting with Heath and Jared Dean.

Amber was, unfortunately, in the bathroom having her birthday. All alone.

Hopefully, for the girls it was a success in meeting and getting to find a future mate.

Nothing spectacular happened during the time of teen to young adult. There was some more chatting with the different boys, but nothing more than friendship was achieved.
Then it was time for them to age up to Young Adults. All of the young men were invited and the girls had a chance to do some flirting. Catlin seemed to be more attracted to Dimitri, and Shayla didn’t seem to focus on just one certain prey, I mean male.

The girls were now ready to find a mate

Chapter Five: Time to go Hunting

For the next couple of days there was visiting homes, bumping into each other at various spots and opportunities to get a better decision on who they were more attracted to.

Garrett and Felicity took the time to relax in front of the fire and enjoy being with each other.

Then tragedy strikes the family. Garrett was taken by Grim.

and the family was in mourning, too sad to focus much on the boys.

After a couple of days the girls were again meeting the boys and trying to decide who they wanted to spend the rest of their life with.

Catlin goes to visit the Ivanov family. She talks some more to Dimitri and they connect.

Shayla stops by to visit and talks with Justin, Simon and Ivan comes over to talk. It is Simon who she finds an interest in.

These two seem to be the ones the girls prefer over the other boys. Now could they get them to agree to marry them?

Chapter Six: Gains and Losses for the Family

A couple of phone calls and a meeting and then Catlin invites Dimitri over

ask him to go steady

She then gets him to follow her to the back yard near the fountains.

And she asks him to marry her

He says yes and they have the wedding right there

You may now kiss the bride

Shayla has invited Simon over to visit and she is flirting with him and as Catlin and Dimitri are getting married.

They have their first kiss

While she is asking him to go steady, tragedy is happening on the floor above her.

Felicity is on the second floor breaking space rocks. She is alone except for Dimitri when Grim comes to take her. Dimitri is there with her as she begs for her life.

She leaves the family to grieve.

Shayla wants to change the sad memories of her grandmothers death with happy memories, so she proposes

They go to celebrate the marriage

and create a new life

Since Shayla is not the heir, she and Simon move out to the nice home the family buys for them.

Catlin and Dimitri try also to add a new life to the one that was lost, but sadly, they did not succeed.

They will have to just keep on trying.

Chapter Seven: Life Goes On

Three days later Catlin and Dimitri try for a baby; it fails so the next day they try again and this time the chimes are heard.

Catlin does her twirl (which I missed) and one day she and Amber go to the Enchanted Garden to get some fresh veggies. There they run into Shayla, who is carrying an adorable little girl, named Kellie, and she is pregnant with another baby.

She is thrilled to hear that Catlin is going to have a baby.

The next day Catlin goes into labor while Dimitri is painting and Amber is working on her book.

She has a little girl and she is named Taliath. They plan to have another child, hoping this time for a boy.

Chapter Eight: Birth and Birthdays

It seems as if it was just a day ago that Dimitri was holding his baby daughter.

But now it is time for Taliath to age up to toddler and Ragnor is in the bedroom taking a nap

And at almost the same time Taliath is having her first birthday; he aged up to Elder, she is now a toddler.
