Created in response to a request by Jade for a house that could hold six roommates, each with a bed/bath suite, plus a large kitchen, laundry room and several hangout areas.This contemporary Victorian is designed for roommates to live together with minimal arguments over the bathroom, TV and laundry. The communal areas include a large living room with a TV, stereo, bar and easel. The dining room seats eight, and there are five more seats at the counter in the kitchen, which has all of the modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, trash compactor, microwave, coffee pot, and two stoves. There are a library and a powder room leading off from the foyer. The side door leads to a large laundry room with twin washers and dryers. The outdoors provides plenty of additional seating and living space, with a front porch, large back patio, pool, lounge chairs, grill, snow cone machine, trampoline, telescope and chess board. There is a space set aside for a garden, and two parking spaces (cars not included; they are in the screenshots as illustrations only).
Upstairs there is privacy for everyone, with six separate bedrooms, each with their own personality and their own matching bath. A small shared gym contains a TV and two exercise machines. A ladder leads up to the attic loft, which currently holds a foosball machine, but has lots of room for skilling items.
