Chapter 5- 2nd Generation

Let's just jump right in, shall we? Isabelle started the day off with gardening and visited City Hall to become a gardener. I guess I just put it aside 'cause I was busy trying to pursue her husband.. *glares at Christopher*

Speaking of him, he went fishing and got to level 3 of his Angler career.





Agnes's adult birthday snuck up on me. She had just finished Isabelle's YA portrait when her birthday started.





I am tired of waiting. They are going to have a big-lipped baby NOW. I put them on the bed and they did their thing and I did my thing. I heard some chimes so I sent them to bed.





The following morning, Isabelle ate but then ran to the bathroom to bring it back up. Perfect! ... That's really not what someone should say when someone else is throwing up. Haha 





I really think I should bring Agnes to therapy or something. She has painted fruit, cats and now men? Agnes, get yourself together girl! I think it's her Midlife Crisis shes going through. Maybe we do need to go to therapy.





This day, I forgot to mention, Isabelle gardened and then went to the library to read up on gardening. She made it up to level 5 and proceeded home to plant some watermelon. Christopher went fishing some more, sold the fish, and then came home to watch tv while Isabelle cooked dinner.

Since I didn't give Chris and Isabelle a honeymoon, I gave them all Multitabs. I actually started Agnes on photography and gave her the camera that Chris bought the day before. I'm planning on having pictures taken of the current heir and then put on the back wall of the stairs for display.





Isabelle and Chris both sat down for a meal together for the first time. They were having some Nice Goopy Carbonara for dinner. I think Chris was complimenting her on the meal. That or telling her HOW to cook, since he is a Natural Cook.





Isabelle finished her meal and got up from her chair. Music played from out of nowhere and Isabelle magically discovered without any doctor consent at all that she is pregnant. Jeez Sims, way to be realistic.





After all of that drama, they went to sleep only to wake up the next morning doing the same exact things. Except, Isabelle decided to stay home since she was pregnant and all. Oh Isabelle... She read all up on pregnancy and then went to the spa for a $250 treatment. I don't particularly like pregnant Isabelle. She's very expensive.





Oh no. Not you too Christopher. You're being expensive also. Do you people think we are just made of money?!? No. We're not. That's what money trees are for.. *Glares at Isabelle* This is where you come in Isabelle. Come on, contribute to the family fortune.





Isabelle and Chris managed to get some time together watching TV. During which, Agnes took pictures of them but they were too small to be good.





After sleeping and eating, Isabelle gardened and then sold her fruits. She came home and she got a promotion to level 5. I also got her last Unique LTR as 'Discount Diner'. Well, done with that. I really don't think Isabelle looks that big.





But apparently she's ready to have that baby come out. The moment Chris walked through the door after a long day of fishing, she went into labor. Come on, Isabelle! He just wants to sit down and eat his Macaroni in peace. Alas, he took her to the hospital without screaming once.





Isabelle gave birth to a girl, as planned. Born artistic and friendly.





Welcome to the world, Mellony Skydream.






Alright! So Generation 2 is born, and Isabelle got all of her LTRs done. This is the last update for about a week or so. Maybe I will post some pics on Mellony. I am not sure. But yay for the birth of Mellony! Am I the only one who wants to see her lips? 

I have two questions:

1. Does the page automatically go to another one on this when I update it? I want to know how I can actually put a chapter onto like page 2, if it's possible.

2. How do you know if a lot is a property or a building?

1. Idk lol I like to think it's automated but my dynasty's been on the first page forever. If you find out that it's not automated and you learn how to do it please let me know too.

2. You can find out if something is a property or building by checking your real estate. Your sim can do it by phone or computer.

Poor Agnes! Lol! Actually, I don't think I have ever seen that painting before (of the man).

I might be able to answer your questions:
1.) Once a certain number of posts (25?) are on a thread, it gets a another page.
2.) Buildings are the rabbit holes (bistro, hospital, etc.), while properties are the parks and ponds. (I *think* the shops are properties, but alas I am not for sure). Also, I think it shows up on the menu to buy real estate (via phone/computer). Hope this helps!

Thank you!! She has painted many paintings that I've never seen and I've played sims for a while now. Oh ok. I thought it might have been just the number of pictures or something. Chapter 6- A lot of achievements

Yay!!! It's the weekend! *happy dance* I finally get to update you guys! Ok, first things first. I completely re-did the upstairs master bathrooms. The bathrooms used to be as big as the bedroom itself. That needed to be changed. So I fiddled around with the walls and the stairs. I came to an idea that each bedroom will have a studio. Currently, one studio has an easel in it and the other just has a fish tank for Chris. Isabelle's studio is outside, so I didn't put anything in there for her. I also furnished Mellony's bedroom. Her favorite color is purple so I colored it as that. I also gave the master bedroom a better bed.




Agnes was getting stir crazy, and she was having ridiculous wishes from her Midlife crisis, so I just sent her off to therapy.

Mommy Isabelle loves her sweetheart. This is literally the only picture I have of Mellony as a baby. I'm bad at remembering pictures. I will assure you though, Daddy and Auntie Agnes took good care of their bundle of joy.




So heres the achievements for all of them.

Isabelle got to level 7 in gardening, 6 in her career, 6 in cooking and she also bought Flying V's Coffeehouse as her building. The second she got to level 7 in gardening, I sent her out for more seeds and then planted all of them. I also fertilized the rare and special ones.

Chris got to level 6 in fishing and level 4 in his Angler career. He was fishing day and night. We need those deathfish!

Agnes mastered painting and photography and got a promotion to level 7 in her Artist career. Go Skydream's! And.. Agnes too.

Isabelle also finished a blackops called "Absolutely Great Produce". That's 2 achievements for her immortal status! I also noticed that she is 7 days away from Adult. I am getting scared right now!!!




After all of the achievements excitement, it was time for little Mellony to age up to toddler! Please excuse Agnes and Isabelle for being in their pajamas. Christopher is a gentleman, and got dressed for the occasion. 





Daddy brought her to the cake.




It's toddler time! Apparently, it's makeover time also. I am not having a bald toddler. That takes away all of the fun! Not really, but she needs hair.





The moment of truth.. does Christopher's genes live on, or is Isabelle's genes really strong?

BIG LIPS!!!  Christopher's genes didn't last a second with Isabelle's kissy lips. I don't understand how he can be such a great kisser when he has such thin lips...

Anyway, back to Mellony. Yes, she is definitely Isabelle's daughter. I don't know where the big nose came from though. Hopefully it will straighten out when she ages again. This is Mellony in her everyday wear. It's a pretty purple layered dress.





Poor Chris. He didn't even give her his eyes. She did get his hair though. That's something right? Back to Mellony, this is her very poofy formalwear.





And finally, this is her sleepwear. I think she is just darling. I didn't put her in an outerwear because winter is off anyway so she won't need it.





Ok so a lot of stuff happened! A few last things.

1. The household is at about 10,000 now with the renovations and the therapy.
2. Before I updated this, I bought the Super Sleeper thing so heirs will have more time for their work.
3. I may or may not update again today.
4. I have Monday off for labor day so that means more updates!! Yay!

Thanks to all that have read my story and commented! It makes my day to know that people enjoy reading about the Skydreams. Like I said up there, I may or may not update again today. I am really upset with my sims right now. I had played on the world for about 2 hours and a half and I had gotten really far! I was a dumb butt and I didn't remember to save and my game crashed on me. I am so frustrated right now, I really don't know if I'm gonna post today. Sorry for the bad news. Chapter 7- A Little Bit Of Mellony

If anyone hasn't heard yet, my game yesterday crashed while I was 2 hours in, I had a lot done, and I hadn't saved. Yeah, I know. Rookie move there. But it's alright 'cause I got some of it done today, and today I'll get the rest done and then some. Sorry about that

Ok! So Mellony...is just a sweetheart! I love her! I had recently noticed that she has her father's hair AND his skin tone. Isabelle is just a little darker than the entire household. Mrs. Crumplebottom over there isn't bothered to go out in the sun. Anyway, here is Mellony eating her breakfast the day after her birthday. How cute.





Here's another thing that I love: the Super Sleeper Machine! Oh my gosh, it is so handy for fishers and gardeners or anyone who needs more time in their life. It's now in Isabelle's studio next to Chris's fish tank, which he already has a few perfect fish in. The super sleeper divides half your sleep time. Isabelle usually goes to bed at around 10:30 and then she should wake up at 7 if her bar is in the yellow, but with the super sleeper, she would wake up at 3 AM! It's..just so great. Heres Chris giving it a go right after Isabelle slept in it. It was a long night for him and he got into his bed and couldn't sleep. So he just slipped into the Super Sleeper.





This is currently Isabelle's garden. It now takes up half her day to garden it. The two trees and those herbs on the left fence all died so they're not there anymore. I also sent Isabelle out for some seeds at 4 am when she woke up and then planted them AFTER 5 AM. If you didn't know, thats when plants upgrade/grow you can say. Even if you planted a plant at 4 AM, it would still grow at 5 AM. But Isabelle didn't make it before 5 so they didn't grow when she planted them. You don't see the plants in this picture cause I planted them after I took the photo. I have three rows now of special plants, and 1 row of rare plants.





Agnes really does love Mellony. They're already best friends! That's another person that Mellony is going to cry for when Agnes day comes. Agnes is usually the first to tend to her. It's only because shes always in the house. Chris is usually fishing and Isabelle is also usually gardening. I also noticed that Agnes is I think 13 days from Elder and Isabelle is 5 days from Adult. Do you see the difference in Agnes and Mellony's skin and hair color? Ha!





Chris bought up on all of the painting books and he was gonna read them to her, but Agnes stopped him and told him that the painter in the house should. Not the fisherman. What is he gonna do? Tell Mellony to hook it to the line and then throw it in the ocean? Voila! Art! Hehe. These books is really what made Agnes and Mellony best friends. They just read all three books for the entire day.





Last but not least, here is Mellony with her Mother. Do you see the resemblance? Oh, not between themselves! I mean their lips! They both have kissy, sweet lips! Hehe. Do you see how Isabelle is a little bit darker in comparison?





Well, such a short update. I'm quite sorry. I was a ding-bat yesterday for not saving. But we got most of it done. Also, Isabelle has made it to level 8 in gardening. Shes close to finishing one of the skill challenges. And shes not even an Adult yet! Talk about an over-achiever. She has 3 and 2/3 challenges done. She has no best friends. Also, questions of the day:

1.) Yes, but I think it is counted only one way. Such as your 2nd generation can be best friends with your founder and the 2nd generation can count the founder towards their 6 best friends. BUT if your 3rd generation is best friends with your founder, your founder cannot be counted towards the 3rd generation's 6 best friends. I hope this makes sense
2.) Yes they can.
