Thank you! I appreciate you commenting. One of the reasons I want people to comment is I like feedback from readers, and also it helps get the pages rolling so that there arent 5 chapter on each page.  Her requirements are just falling in line. I think Mellony is one of the cutest toddlers I've ever had. Please do comment more!

Chapter 8 - Life Plant!

YAY!!! I am so happy its finally the weekend! School has been a drag lately. I just wanna scream and run out of the front doors. Haha, anyway. Update time!

Yes, the Skydreams got robbed. And I have a darn alarm, but she took Chris's car outside! I think I'm gonna have to make some garages. I have 8 spots for the Immortal's future cars and then I think 3 extra ones for guests and spouses.






Chris got up and called the police but she had already stolen the car and made off with it. The police didn't even come. What is wrong with people and not showing up?!?!





Well, onto better updates. This is another current shot of Isabelle's garden. She has I believe 4 money trees, 4 or 5 plasma plants, around 9 flame fruit bushes, and some other money making stuff. It takes her quite a lot of time to do everything even when I water all of them. Also, Isabelle finished the 'Master Planter' Skill challenge for gardening!!! Thats one step closer to supermaxing it.





Man, do I just love Mellony! She has quite the resemblance between both of her parents. I just like this shot of Chris and Mellony, though.





I had Christopher take Mellony outside in their backyard to teach her how to walk. They are now I think good friends. Shes just so adorable!!!





Isabelle's life is just a cycle. Garden, eat, shower, take care of Mellony, blah blah blah. She never gets her own time. So, while Mellony and the others were off doing whatever, I had Isabelle watch some TV and listen to the Charisma station on her multitab. Multitabs are really useful. Especially when you have a cramped schedule and your sim needs to get higher in a skill. So Isabelle gained I think up to level 3 in Charisma.





I think it was the next day that I sent Isabelle off to the park to find some potential friends, but the only person she met was one of the Frio brothers. They had already met via the computer. I guess it was nice to meet in person, though.





Mellony is definitely a daddy's girl. Chris is always on his heels to take care of his little munchkin. Here she is getting potty trained 





I have finally gotten Isabelle's portrait and picture done for YA. I'm hoping that Agnes will be alive until Mellony is at least a young adult. I'll have Mellony do painting and photography for the family. Her husband will also take up those too. I might also have Agnes be an over-achiever and learn logic so she can tutor Mellony in painting and photography if its possible. I really like Isabelle's picture. Shes just in a cute pose! 





I just thought I should show you guys a picture of Christopher fishing. I have pictures of the girls doing their work but not Chris. He plays the down-low with pictures. Except with Mellony of course!  We just need to work Chris up to deathfish and he will have done his part in the Skydream family.





Finally we have a picture of Isabelle and Mellony together! It was Isabelle's turn to make it up to good friend level with Mellony. Mellony was really tired when they started and she started to cry but they had like a minute left of learning! I didn't want to wait until the morning and waste time on it, but Mellony wouldn't abide. Isabelle was telling Mellony about the wonders of weddings, even though Isabelle never had one. Isabelle never lets me forget that. She has to live for 8 generations and I didn't give her a wedding and blah blah blah. She rants all about it. Isabelle needs her daughter to have a wedding. No, every generation has to have a wedding. Then its settled. Every generation, except for Isabelle, will have a wedding for the sake of Isabelle. 





And yes! We have reached life fruit! Now we just have to get deathfish, get the Ambrosia recipe, max out cooking, get all of the requirements done, have Isabelle reach the elder state and she can eat some Ambrosia! Simple right? I think not.





Well that my update for friday. Tomorrow I will have another update out. It will probably come out in the morning or something. I dunno.  Hopefully we can get Mellony up to a child. Also, do you guys think I should add a patio and a pool in the backyard once I get the money? Comment below what you think! Please keep reading on! See ya tomorrow.

Chapter 9 - Birthdays!

Another update! I will have 1 more update today 'cause I can't get enough of sims today! There are a lot of things happening in this so get yourself ready for some Skydream awesomeness!


I finished Mellony's toddler portrait and photo. I really do think the pictures always turn out better. She is holding her feet up in the air in the photo! How adorable.





I decided that I was tired of having Agnes be grumpy every morning. So, I got her the LTW that changes your traits. Agnes is now a genius, handy, artistic, kleptomaniac, and a loner. I just let her keep the loner cause she doesn't go out that much and she gets a good moodlet when shes painting in her room and thats like almost all day. I also bought a computer for the family to use. Isabelle needs to start on finding some friends.

While she was gardening, Isabelle got a weird tan. Why did I say weird? 'Cause her skin is the same color as her hair. It's just bad looking.






Isabelle's birthday came and she was about to feed poor little starving Mellony. Chris had to come to Mellony's rescue and fed her. Once she aged up, I couldn't get her original hairstyle back on her. So I tried with Agnes and she could wear any hair. It was so confusing and aggravating. Then I realized that Isabelle wasn't wearing everyday attire. I had spent like 20 minutes trying to figure that out. *Sigh* sometimes I can be extremely dumb.






Isabelle's garden is just prospering with life. Chris made it to level 8 in fishing and then Isabelle made it to level 10 in gardening! She also finished the 'Botanical Boss' skill challenge! The only one she has left is the one that she has to harvest like 650 harvestables. Shes so close to supermaxing gardening! She ALSO made it to level 8 of her career. She is seriously such a hard worker.






Chris finally caught his first Angelfish! He just needs to work his way up a little more and then we can have some sweet, sweet deathfish.

And the time has come for little Mellony to become a child. Auntie Agnes helped her to the cake this time.






And sparkles changed her into a cute little girl. I decided I wanted to just keep her pony tails with her. She's darling, isn't she? She has a thing for dresses, I guess too. I can't wait to see how she grows up when the time comes!

Chapter 10 - Mostly Mellony

YAY!!!!! Weekend! Sorry I didn't post yesterday on Saturday or on Friday. I was pretty busy. Hopefully I can get two chapters in today. Hopefully.

Well, I last left off where Mellony had become a child. She is still a darling girl. Very prissy, though. This is her bedroom. I left her doll house in there from her toddlerhood. I also thought the castle bookcase was a nice touch.






Does painting make a child just look prettier, or what? Right now shes in her studio connected to her room. She has 2 painting easels in there. Currently, the paintings that she makes, I save. Either for display or for her future job as a painter.





I did get Agnes to level 5 in logic so she can tutor Mellony. I want Mellony to get a good start on life. Agnes really is her best friend. Mellony is gonna cry her heart out when Agnes dies. Also, Mellony has already gotten her Lifetime Wish thought of. She will be a Visionary. Maxing photography and painting. It's so perfect, cause thats what I was gonna do anyway.






For maxing out gardening, Isabelle got the little medal from Town Hall. I put it on display outside of her museum. I wanna know if I can actually put the trophy in her museum without breaking the rules or something. Will someone help me on that? Thanks in advance.





I forgot to show you guys a close up of Mellony when she aged up. She still has her mother's lips.





I find this picture very cute. It's like a perfectly happy family. The mothers cooking, and the father and daughter are having a good ol' chat while waiting for their dinner. Agnes is in the back crying her heart out that she doesn't have her husband. If it wasn't against the rules, I would resurrect her husband so they could be together once again. Sadly, it is against the rules.





WAHOOO!!!! Chris caught his first deathfish!!! I can't use them right now, but its nice to know that he can get some when the time comes. I never knew that they could be worth $200! It brought his job up to I believe level 6. Deathfish are quite big.





WAHOOO!!!! AGAIN! Isabelle Supermaxed gardening!!!  She is so close! I am really happy. I literally screamed when I saw the notification.





Another achievement for Isabelle! She bought Stoney Falls as her property. That just leaves her job, portraits (not that hard), last 2 BlackOps and her best friends! I am very close with her job. I think she has one more promotion left. I put a few benches and stuff and got it up to the required level 2. I also never knew that properties give you money!





I especially love this little sanctuary I made. I think the waterfall and the bushes work good together 





Sadly, this brings us to the last part of the update. Isabelle went to the consignment shop to find a camera for Mellony, but instead she brought back home a miner. I actually have never used one of these. Theres a lot of things in sims that I haven't done yet. Though I've had sims for over a year now.  Isabelle got one good gem from it. It was called a Soulpiece and it gave her I think $2,000. Then Chris wasn't tired one night so he took it for a spin but didn't find anything. I guess Isabelle has the magic touch.





Thats the update for now. Hopefully I can get another in today! Question for the day:

1.  Can I put Isabelle's trophy in her museum?

Chapter 11 - First Day Of School

Well, I am very tired from this weekend. I have a busy day tomorrow, I'm sick, and I have detention tomorrow. Yeah... so I'm not the happiest camper tonight. It's also late so I couldn't make that long of an update. Sorry..


Onto to the actual update! I actually changed Agnes's LTW to Visionary, since she had already mastered both painting and photography. Easy 30,000 points there. Then with the points, I bought the Inheritance. That brought us up to about $85,000. I also had to share this cuteness. Mellony's favorite color is purple and so I thought that it was ironic that she had painted an art piece that was different shades of purple. I hung it up above her doll house. I think she is now 2 days away from teen.






I had recently discovered that you actually have to do 6 opportunities.. I originally thought it was only 3. Thanks to Pyro for telling me. Isabelle and Agnes's relationship had deteriorated, so I had them chat for a while. I got them up to friend and then they were both tired.

Agnes: You appreciate me as an artist, don't you?

Isabelle: *Nods head slowly*

Mellony has gotten to level 4 in painting and Isabelle to level 5 in Charisma, by the way. Monday was Mellony's first day of school, so she brushed her teeth and went to bed a little early. I also recently discovered the arts of zooming in! You press tab! In all my days of playing sims, I have never known that.





Oh, Mellony is growing up. Wasn't it just 3 days ago that she was wearing diapers? Oh wait, she actually was! Hehe. 





Isabelle's garden was just getting so overcrowded. I decided to change the layout of the entire garden. Now, we have 4 sections. Top left is money trees, top right is Flame fruit bushes, bottom left is life fruit, bottom right is extra things like garlic, bananas, and plasma fruit. I later added a fence and gate to keep out wandering sims. Another by the way, Isabelle made it to level 9 in cooking and finished the 'Menu Maven' challenge. Not that she needs it, though. It's not her supermax.





I have discovered that Mellony is the only non-NPC child at the school. There are also no boys! None! I don't even think there are any teenage boys, either. I guess she'll either have to marry someone older than her, marry an NPC, or hope to the Watcher (A.K.A. yours truly  ) that some new families move to town. Oh, and Isabelle got ubducted by aliens. Yeah, she was exhausted and slept 'till 10 AM.








And its Chris's birthday. He had just gotten out of the shower and was about to go to bed when he started celebrating a little too much. He hasn't started a Mid-life crisis yet, though and neither has Isabelle.





And, lastly, I have finished Mellony's portrait and picture for child. Isabelle has also gotten to level 9 in her career. She has only 50,000 more simoleons to go until she is at the top! Ugh.. that'll take some time..




Well, that's the update for now. Sorry its so short and so late at night. But, oh well..  Alright, question of the day/evening:


1. Do you guys want me to include what Isabelle and everyone say to me? Also known as getting to see behind the scenes.

2. Why is it that you guys don't comment? I have over 1,000 views, but I have had only like 4 different people comment! Please, I don't care if its just a simple "Happy birthday Christopher!" or whatever. Please oh please comment! I like hearing from everyone. So don't be a ghost. Ok, later guys!

I usually see child sims & go "Yep it's a kid, meh"  but I like her. I dunno the child life stage annoys me for some reason, maybe because they can't do a lot, maybe because of the lack of nice clothes, I have no idea.

Regarding your question; I have read stories with both ways and they are both good. I think I like the dialogue with watcher to sim way a bit more, it helps the readers connect with them a bit more I think but it's really whatever works for you.

Actually, today I'm sick and I'm home from school. So, my day isn't so busy anymore. Thank you for the input! I was just wondering 'cause my dynasty has no story behind it like most do. I have racked my brain for some ideas, but all I could think of was just some added in humor. You seem to know a lot about humorous dialogue, eh? Hehe  I have been following your dynasty. Woops! I always confuse you and CrazyLittleLoon. Sorry 'bout that!

That's all good! I appreciate every comment. Thank you, though, I agree with you. Usually, children are not as fun as teens. They're just old news I guess! And I'm hoping to add some more dialogue in like I did with Agnes and Isabelle last chapter.  I don't mind any big comments! As long as people comment, I'm happy!
