No online dating?

Right now, I'm working on a dynasty in Hidden Springs. I tend to heavily rely on online dating to introduce my heir to eligible bachelors; however, the option doesn't appear when i click on the computer. Is it related to the town I'm in, or am I missing something obvious?

How old is your heir? Online dating works fine in my Hidden Springs game, but only for young adults, adults and older sims. Apparently teens are considered too young for this kind of thing.

She's a young adult.. I've had both of her parents attempt to get it working as well, but nobody in the family can do it.

It's probably a bug in your game/household/lot then.

You could try this method, it's been known to correct many minor issues:

Go to Edit town, evict the family without their house and put them back again.

If that doesn't help, take one more step:

Go to Edit town, evict the family without their house, copy their house to the bin in the bottom of the screen, bulldoze their house, put the copy back on the same lot, put the family back in the house and return to game.
