Depressurize?

Hi, I'm just starting to explore IP. I got my sim to lev 3 scuba diving and she took her first dive. She was brought back up to the surface by a guy who wanted to splash her and now she can't dive again. Is there a certain amount of time she needs to wait before diving again? Thanks!

Yes, a diver can't dive again for a few hours. I think the time decreases with skill level and that mermaids also do not need to depressurize. Not sure if there are any LTHR that reduce the time or not either but there could be.
