Time to Believe Again | The Believers | **Graveyard please**
« on: August 13, 2013, 11:43:06 AM »
Hello. I am Sally, descendant of the Great Believers. You may have heard of my ancestors Echo, Peeta and Haymitch. Both Echo and her eldest son had failed by breaking the rules set out by 'The Great Ones', mystical beings that influence Watchers, who tell the Watchers what they must do and what they shouldn't. Haymitch, however, was one of the many victims of the 'Great Blackness' that took over our world and wiped out all inhabitants. It was a dark time for the Believers.

But I, Sally Believer, have made it here. I will finished what my ancestors started. I will make people Believe.

This is me. While my ancestors have been Ghosts, Vampires, Humans and even Werewolves, I am one blessed with wings. I am a fairy.

As you can see, I do strongly resemble my ancestors Echo and Peeta. But I am not them. I am my own individual person.

I love photography more than anything else. You could say I had a Photographer's Eye.

While I am a very flirty person, I am hoping to settle down and raise a family of my own, so I can make the most of my nurturing personality.

As well as photography, I love working out. I am a very athletic person.

The strangest thing you need to know about me is that I am never nude. You will always see me in my swimwear.

My favourite food is Autumn Salad, my favourite music is Classical and my favourite colour is Blue.

I think that is all you need to know about me for now. Oh, one more thing. I will be heading to Moonlight Falls. There's someone there I need to meet.

So, my friends, are you ready?

It's time to Believe Again

So happy to see you're starting another life states dynasty :) I'm crossing my fingers for you with this one.
From the moment I fell down that rabbit hole I've been told what I must do and who I must be. I've been shrunk, stretched, scratched and stuffed into a teapot. I've been accused of being Alice, and of not being Alice, but this is my dream. I'll decide where it goes from here.

Chapter 1 - Wonders of Gold

So here I am in Moonlight Falls, the land of mystery and Twilight references.

My first business was at the library. I needed to meet some new people and improve my Charisma skill. It was there that I met a lovely werewolf lady named Erica.

We became friends very quickly.

I was also there to take some pictures.

Sally: Hmm, yes, I think this angle would be good.
Waylon Wolff: Why is this lunatic fairy trying to take a picture of my face?

On the way home, I headed to the Elixer Store and picked up a Midas Touch Elixer. Hmm...

I kept selling my Golden Statues for more and more money. Look how many I had!

After 6 hours, I had just over 500,000 Simleons. Time to build a house!

It was mostly made with blueprints, but I love it! It has two bedrooms at the moment, the master en-suite for me on the left and the smaller guest room on the right. My room has a large study connected to it. It also has a nursery for when the time comes. It has a large living room, kitchen, dining room, home cinema and three bathrooms (two en-suites). I also got two cars -- one for me and a larger family car.

I helped myself to a bowl of cereal and headed straight to bed.

The next day, I found a mysterious egg on the floor of my study. Hmm, a gift from the Watcher. Who knows what would be inside? I started talking to it (not the MultiTab -- though it does look like that...)

Soon, it was time for it to hatch!

It was a purple baby dragon! I named him Draco.

I put him straight to work and summoned someone new. Maybe a potential spouse?

Erm... I don't think so. Well, at least I've got a new friend!

Chapter 2 - The Merman

I've been having great fun in the last few days. See, I don't have the problems that many Dynasty Founders face. I've got a big house and lots of money. But I don't have what so many do -- company. I have many friends, but the long nights are very lonely. Time to find myself a husband!

I tried the library first. There was no one there that I would have as my spouse, but I did meet an adorable fairy toddler named Sophie and I played a good trick on somebody.

He wasn't too happy about it!

I've been learning to use different auras that make me glow various colours. The red makes me look a bit evil.

I failed to meet anyone at the library so I went home and started using a new tactic. This involved Draco the Purple Baby Dragon. I summoned some new people and while I didn't meet any spouse prospects, I did meet someone else. Her name was Daydream Ivy and in a different life she was my ancestor Peeta's wife. I'm glad we are friends now.

I had my first full moon in Moonlight Falls and a cluster of zombies turned up outside my house. One of them was a fairy zombie which is a rather strange combination in my opinion.

I headed out to the swimming pool the next day as part of my first opp (the Complete Circuit) and I spotted a very handsome Merman. Could he be the one I was looking for?

I introduced myself and there was definitely a spark between us.

He was old but quite still very handsome. He told me his name was James. James and Sally...

I invited him out to my favourite place in Moonlight Falls, the Fae Ray Arboretum, which is a haven for us fairies. Anyway, I couldn't hold onto my feelings any longer... so I kissed him (rather violently, I must say.)

That moment. Would he reject me...?

No! He pulled me close and we shared a passionate kiss.

He told me he didn't want this to be a forbidden love. He told me that he loved me and that the love he had ever had for his wife, Miriam, had vanished now that he had me. I was touched. He told me that he'd break up with Miriam, just like that. I felt bad, because they shared a young son, Alfred, but James told me that he'd ring and visit him often. He told me that he wouldn't abandon him. I knew then that he'd make a great Dad to my children, as well as Alfred.

I told you that he is a merman (mermaid), so I had a beautiful Chinese pool built in the garden (thanks to blueprints!) and he and our mermaid children may use it to rehydrate.

He got a makeover, in casual nerd attire. I think it suits him.

It wasn't long before he was down on one knee to propose to me. I was obviously delighted.

Watcher: Now, let's just wait for that wish...
Sally: Who are you?
Watcher: I'm the Watcher, sweetie. Now, do you feel like marrying James anytime soon?
Sally: I thought I was telling this story. I was making it dramatic.
Watcher: DO YOU WANT TO MARRY JAMES OR NOT?!
Sally: Come back in a few day...
Watcher: *sigh*

Anyway, back to MY story. I bought James a chemistry table so he can discover the Fountain of Youth potion. He's a lot older than me and I want him to see his children grow up.

I signed up at the Fire station so I can make use of my athletic skill. I plan to mostly work out at work (and put out fires... obviously)

I told James when I came back and he was VERY excited by it.

We watched the stars that night together (the zombies were having a holiday) and it was then that I realised how perfect my life is. I just hope it stays that way.

Watcher: Mwahahahhahahahaha! Just you wait.... mwahaha.

Chapter 3 - A (Near) Perfect Wedding

Both James and I have been advancing in our careers. James got a promotion which led to his lifetime wish of becoming a Creature-Robot Cross breeder. I haven't got a clue what that means, but it has certainly made him happy.

I had my first fire. It wasn't actually as scary as I thought it would be. In fact, it was the smallest fire I'd ever seen!

At least I got to ride in the fire engine with the siren on. Nee-Naw, Nee-Naw!

I've been working very hard on my athletic, which has led me to get several promotions. I even had a private gym built so that I don't have to work out at the public gym or at work.

(I don't have four running machines... it's a mirror!)

Suddenly, one day, both James and I decided it was the right time to get married. I think I heard a very distant whoop of joy but I may just be imagining things...

Anyway, here's my dress. It's in Monte Vista style and I think it is very beautiful.

We invited a lot of our close friends, but there were some people who turned up uninvited, including Miriam. I tried to talk to her but it was much too awkward for the both of us.

However, I did get to me my step-son-to-be, Alfred. He's a fairy, just like me!

Soon, it was time for the ceremony. We had a perfect little wedding area all set out for the occasion. I used two little fairy cottages as decoration as they are symbolic for me.

Just look at my face!

James was pulling an equally dopey face.

It was so beautiful. I heard more than a few sniffles from the audience.

Everyone loved it, even Miriam.

Well, everyone but this guy, who just seemed angry.

Everyone congratulated us on our marriage and for the great party, then they left. Well, nearly everyone. There were two people who just stuck around throwing confetti. One of them even became a zombie when the full moon rose into the sky.

I couldn't have wished for a more beautiful wedding. Just a few more requirements and it'll be time for nooboos...

Sally's Requirements update:

One Best Friend - No one has been selected yet but she has PLENTY of friends to choose from
Two Career Rewards - Done! (Firefighter of the Year Award, Firefighter Uniform/coat)
Three Unique Opportunities - 1 out of three completed (the Complete Circuit), with one waiting to be completed (Photo Contest)
Four Unique LTRs - Two out of four (No Bills Ever and Dirt Defiant)
Five 5,000+ Wishes - 3 out of 5 (Marry James, Max Athletic & Charisma)
Six Skill Challenges - Four out of 6 (Super Friendly (Charisma), Fitness Nut (Athletic), Marathon Runner (Athletic), Personable (Charisma)
Seven Mausoleum Items - Nothing yet, but it will be photos

Well fingers crossed for nothing catastrophic (even though Sally has officially jinxed it!)

Chapter Four - Anti-Ageing

It's been a very tough few days for James and I. I've been working on my seemingly endless requirements (mostly working out) while James has been working at his chemistry table trying to find a potion that will make him young again. He had been working at it for so long and I was starting to think that no such thing could exist until...

Yes! Eureka! Hallelujah! He wasted no time in pouring the fizzy liquid down his throat.

After a flurry of sparkles, the changes had been made. The lines in his face had vanished and he was young again.

As I mentioned before, I have been working for many hours a day to reach my goal of 60 hours of strength workouts. I had already managed 75 hours of cardio workouts and by doing this I had ran over 500km. It was hard work but I finally managed it. No more workouts for me!

We had our very first Winter and the snow fell thick and fast. We strung up colourful lights to celebrate our first Snowflake Day together.

James was certainly enthusiastic about the snow.

See, the problem is that he hasn't got much to do since he found the formula for the Young Again potion. He mostly spends his time making use of his neat personality. He has to get it just right though, because he's a bit of a perfectionist.

We had a very strange call the other day at work. The Van Goulds, a family of vampires who I am very friendly with, rang to say they were being invaded by angry gnomes. We headed straight there to see what was up.

When we got there, Emelie (my best friend) and Tristan (her brother), looked very panicked and distressed.

Well, it turns out that there were some angry gnomes, but they were very difficult to catch because they were hiding in the snow. Still, you'd think a family of grown vampires could handle a couple of gnomes, right?

I've been working on my fairy abilities in order to complete my lifetime wish. I've maxed my charisma but I just need to learn how to grant inner beauty. I haven't managed that yet, but I have learned out to wash myself in the sink...

Now that I have all but one requirement finished (just one more wish!), James and I fill our time with dancing and...

... and pillow fighting!

But soon we won't have so much free time. Once that final wish comes, I'm sure we'll be hearing the pitter-patter of little feet...

All I need now is for her to roll the wish to max her firefighter career. She's on Level 8 at the moment so hopefully she will get it when gets her next promotion.

Both parents have the fertility treatment (not as one of Sally's unique ones) so hopefully I might get a mix of both. They can't be heirs, but I really want a faeboo!
