My sim can't enroll in university!!!

I am trying to have my sim complete all six degrees. I just had him finish his first which was technology. When I got home I had him take the aptitude test again then re-enrolled him in university. This time I signed him up for physical education. When I got to the university it showed that he was still a technology major. So I dropped out of the university and enrolled him again. It still said that he was a technology major. So I tried going back to the main menu then enrolling him. I had the same issue. So I went back to the main menu and copied the game. I tried playing the copied version and had the same issue. I can't find anyone online who had the same issue. Please help!!!!!

Now its doing something different. I tried to play it again a few minutes ago and when I enrolled my sim he left for the university like normal. After it was done loading the university though the screen looked like it does when you start a new game. It was in the university but it had the move in household, create a household, and select a household options. What do I do?

I don't know about the first bit with the same majors, but I had the same problem as your second. I cleared my caches, saved my game as... ( In the before i enroled in uni save i mean) Played in that other file and only sent two sims instead of the original four. Out of all these I think the last one did it really but worth a try. When I sent the two it worked normally. If you only sent one sim to uni then I don't know whet you could do. Hope this helped.

What about his classes?  Are the classes still about Technology or do they switch to the Physical Education classes.  I'm thinking maybe the major doesn't change until the degree is completed.  If the classes are for the new degree, I'd have him go to them and get the degree to see if it will show up for him.

I never thought to check the classes but now I can't even get the option to move him into a house or dorm. It goes to a screen that looks like when you first start a game.
