This may sound like an unfounded guess, but I have a feeling that generation four will have blond hair! :P

Oh, and Tatiana is freakin' gorgeous. I'd say that she even beats her mum in the gorgeousness department.

I'd say that that is a very good guess.  ;)

Indeed she is. I was quite blown away when I finally got her into her proper hair once again.  :o

Ugh... Game problems. I started a dynasty and my game would NOT let me save if I entered build mode at any point. So I just deleted that file out of frustration (I SPENT 5 HOURS BUILDING A HOUSE!).

Anyway, Tatiana is gorgeous! Her and Brent are an adorable match (Gen. 4 is going to more than likely be such a cutie!).

Hallucination and I were thinking the same thing, lol!

Ah, my file crashes a lot too! If only my parents could buy me a brand new Windows 8 Toshiba (drool) then I wouldn't have to deal with this problem. Anyway, Tatiana is very pretty! I love her everyday wear. It has an Oriental look about it.

One final thing, I'm a Vehicle Enthusiast so...could you post a picture of the cars? I'd love to see them ::)

Umm... What happened to Victoria's hair?

For some reason her career outfit for her gardener profession screwed up and gave her weird hair. In my amazing absent-mindedness, I didn't notice until I put the chapter together.

While I was playing last night I had no problems, except once something pretty major happened the game quit to the desktop (I just about threw the keyboard out the window  ::)). Luckily I had saved about fifteen minutes prior to that, so I was able to do everything over.

I hate when you spend a long time building something and then the game crashes. In another file over the summer I spent several days building a mansion that I had planned out using graph paper, and then the file got corrupted. Swear to God, my eye started twitching.

I'm glad you think so. I used the dress you sent me for her wedding dress, and it worked out spectacularly.  ;D

Gen 4 is a child in my game right now, and she is indeed the cutest little thing.

Victoria's career outfit screwed her hair up.

I'm getting a new computer once I graduate. My current laptop is a dinky little thing with only one gig of memory, so I run Sims on the desktop computer. It's a rather large iMac. Hilariously enough, we got it a week after my dad said a Macintosh would never cross the threshold of our front door.

Thank you! I'm glad you like it.  ;D

I'll get to posting them eventually, don't worry.

A Royal Immortal Dynasty - Chapter Twenty-nine (22/9/2013)
« Reply #127 on: September 22, 2013, 01:26:15 PM »
CHAPTER TWENTY-NINE

I really need to slow down my playing. I still haven't written about Tatiana's wedding and meanwhile, in the game, generation four is already almost a teenager! Part of it is that I need to do a lot of sorting to keep the screenshots in line, but leaving a backlog will allow me to get some of the story done while I'm away in November.

I've started my preparations for National Novel Writing Month in November (I need to write 50,000 words in one month), and I'm going for my fourth win this year. I'm bouncing around a couple of ideas in my head, but I'm afraid that I might not be able to top the story I wrote last year. When I finally finish that one I might just try to publish it, though most likely under one of my pen names (I have a bunch).

Anyway, once I got some proper clothes for Brent, I decided to change his hairstyle. I'm not disappointed.

I sent him to the art studio to begin learning how to paint, since Christopher is dying very soon. I just hope that Brent lives long enough to paint Tatiana once she hits elder. She seems to have a lot of painting disasters following her.

Beatrix is in the basement quite a bit nowadays. She loves to transform gems and make nectar when she isn't cooking or watching television. One of the joys of already having future SuperMax skills planned is that I know just what everyone can do if I need something to occupy their time.

This is why Beatrix prefers eating in the kitchen. It's always pretty crowded nowadays, even though I made sure to build the dining room with a large amount of space. In my first dynasty I made the dining room too small, and mealtime was an absolute madhouse with eight sims clambering to get at the autumn salad.

When Tatiana woke up the next morning, I had her plan the wedding. I managed to coordinate Brent's tuxedo with her wedding dress, so it's going to be fabulous.

In a rare time at not rolling her eyes at my love of sims, my mom actually gave me pointers on throwing the wedding. If I could ever legally get married where I live, I'd trust my mom to plan the wedding.

I decided to shake things up a little bit, so instead of getting married in the barn I put up another wedding area in the backyard (NOTE: do not use the benches as seating for a wedding, they don't register as seating). Don't worry, the one in the barn is still there! This one got torn down afterwards.

I locked all of the doors going into the house or the barn to keep people out (which was probably a very bad idea in hindsight...), and then realized that I had completely forgotten that Tatiana had to go to her high school graduation. Whoops!

She was Valedictorian, and was also voted Most Artistic. Way to go, Tatiana!

I put the awards in her museum room, and her diploma over her young adult photograph.

There was barely any time to get everyone in their formal wear before the guests started showing up. I had to stick Victoria in her old maternity formal wear because my mom said that it was extremely insensitive for the mother to wear her old wedding dress to her daughter's wedding. Apparently my maternal grandmother tried to do just that at my mom's wedding, so I changed Victoria.

Childhood friend Randal Mora was the first to arrive. He turned out to be a paperboy, while Brent was a babysitter. Maybe I should make it a theme where the heir marries an NPC of some sort...? It would be a fun way to get different hidden traits into the family. I really want someone in the house to be a pyromaniac.

Victoria: You worry me.

Everything after that was nothing but pure chaos. Many of the guests kept trying to go into the hot tub, some ran into the garden to play in the sprinklers, and the "get married" command kept canceling itself out. All this needed was a shirtless Billy to seal the deal.

At long last, I managed to corral everyone back to the arch for the wedding, and from there on it was a wonderful ceremony.

Welcome to the family, Brent. Watch out for broken plumbing.

That point on was one big party. There was nectar, cake, food, and dancing. A lot of dancing.

Tatiana is a stunning bride, just like her mother and grandmother, and meanwhile outside of the computer screen my mom was having a conniption over the fact that the dress wasn't white. Love you, mom!

Tatiana rolled a wish to travel to Egypt, so as soon as the party was over she, Brent, and Christopher would be leaving. Grandmother Beatrix finished off the wedding with a spectacular show.

We're almost halfway there!

A Royal Immortal Dynasty - Chapter Thirty (22/9/2013)
« Reply #128 on: September 22, 2013, 01:53:07 PM »
CHAPTER THIRTY

Welcome to Egypt!

I bought the Prepared Traveller reward for Tatiana, then had Christopher tag along so that they could have a nine day vacation. I brought books and a laptop to keep Christopher busy, set Brent on collection duty, and had Tatiana start adventuring. She gained the Adventurous upon aging up to young adult, so if I work hard I should be able to make it to at least Visa Level 2 on this trip.

Christopher went to the market and began working on his books.

Then the toilet in the women's room back at base camp broke. This is going to be a fun week!

Tatiana bought a bunch of things when she went to the market, including a snake charming basket, the second best camera, harvestables for Victoria back home, a lots of adventure supplies. She also spoke with the special merchant to see what would be available for purchase later on.

With the moodlet manager in tow, Tatiana set off on her adventures. Something about the Landgraabs and the Illsiminati...

Meanwhile, Brent went shopping and collecting.

Once Tatiana got out of the tomb, she and Brent went camping.

Brent burned his breakfast on accident the next morning. His face says it all.

Christopher successfully completed his lifetime wish of being a Professional Author, so I sent him home with all of the things Brent had collected.

Later on, Brent and Tatiana exchanged gifts. Brent gave her the best camera...

...while Tatiana gave him some thousand-year-old nectar she found in the tomb.

Then, they went tomb raiding together.

Quick, what do you do when you stick your arm in a hole that's filled with bugs?

Stick it back in, of course!

Tatiana pulled out the snake basket at one point and decided to practice playing.

On the last night of their trip, one of the others at base camp came over to their tent to yell at them. All I'll say is that I heard the chimes.

Nine days of fun had to come to an end, and they returned back to Riverview. Tatiana and Brent had taken an absolutely huge amount of photographs together, so I put them all in a single picture frame. Now they have a slideshow of all the fun they had in Egypt.

That's when Tatiana got hit really hard with morning sickness. Generation four is on her way!

A Royal Immortal Dynasty - Chapter Thirty-one (22/9/2013)

CHAPTER THIRTY-ONE

AW YEAH, TRIPLE POST!

Beatrix: Albeit a short one because you can't do math.

Shhh.

Since I heard the chimes, Tatiana has been eating nothing but watermelon and what she craves. Having a Five-star Chef for a grandmother certainly helps.

It was late in the evening when Tatiana figured out that she was pregnant. Immediately, a bunch of very high value wishes fired. Have first child, have a girl, have a child with Brent, stuff like that. I took them all. Tatiana will have plenty of points to spend once the baby is born, perfect for getting her three unique rewards. So far she has one, Rebel Influence, since there aren't many rebels in Riverview and I don't want to risk any glitches by sending her to university. So far it's working.

Through the use of buying the influence, I got her to level ten. Tatiana accepted the job offer of Art Appraiser, which will be her unique career. She quickly finished the mural she was working on, locking up the Master Muralist challenge, then ran to tell Brent the big news.

The little thumbs up he gave her was so cute.

Brent also popped a bunch of high value wishes, which I took. We are going to have some extremely happy parents, aren't we?

Tatiana ran to tell her father. I really hope he stays alive long enough to see her make it to child.

The next morning, Tatiana went out in search of a BlackOp. After a quick trip to city hall, she began to make quite a lovely mural for the "Commissioned Street Art" opportunity. Finishing this one brings her to three complete BlackOps and a little closer to SuperMaxing the Street Art skill.

Nothing else really happened that day. I managed to buy everyone the Steel Bladder lifetime reward and got some more work done on The Water Hole Juice Bar (which is still not up to level three), and I also rescued this poor stuck sim:

Tatiana went to take a bubble bath, when suddenly something started to hurt...

She managed to get dressed and out into the nursery just in time for Brent to come running in screaming.

This is where Tatiana's true awesomeness shines bright like a supernova or something. Here she is, tired and in labor, riding on a motorcycle to get to the hospital. And she's driving.

Something weird happened and Brent was stuck at home while Tatiana was at the hospital. Eventually he figured it out and took a cab. You would think that he was Absent-minded or something...

Meanwhile, back at the hospital, and elderly woman started freaking out.

Tatiana actually rolled her eyes as she walked in. Brent finally arrived a few minutes later.

Sanity was restored to the household as Tatiana left the hospital. Brent didn't need any juice or nectar in the aftermath, all he wanted to do was go home and hold his new daughter.

I'm pleased to present Elisabeth Royale to everyone.

Welcome to a world of elderly women and stalkers from another dimension, Elisabeth! Also, how did I never pick up on the fact that you do NaNoWriMo too? I'm so oblivious....

She's the happiest little nooboo thanks to the floor hygeinator I put under the crib. Though she barely gets to be there since everyone wants to hold her all at once.  ;D

I've been doing it since 2010. I've won every time and I have a pretty large internet following from what I've posted over on deviantART from them. I lost 2010's novel, though.

I don't think many pregnant women who were in the process of giving birth would be able to ride a motorcycle! Except for Tatiana, of course 8).Welcome Elisabeth! I hope she has blond hair. Even though both of her parents are blond I've heard hair colour can skip a generation in Sims. She might have Billy's hair or something. Also, loved the picture of Tatiana rolling her eyes.
