I have to show off the Rosario family treasure trove:
The layout of the basement level. The majority is taken up by the treasure trove of gems, bugs and relics, but there is also a time traveling machine in its own chamber, a private nectar tasting spot on the upper right, a collection of perfect fish in the aquarium, a movie screen behind the fishies, a private spa/bathroom on the lower right, and a nectar maker stashed in the sculptor's studio.
I'm collecting the skull cuts of all gems... Once I've completed that, I think I'll make "themed rooms" in this neat museum I downloaded, and make large versions of every cut of gem. So you can walk through the Gem Halls - the Ruby Room, the Emerald Suite, the Septarian Nodule Nodule... okay, maybe I need to work on my marketing. (Possibly I will make this endeavor a second home, rather than a public place? Not sure...) I tried to put the skull cuts in color order from warm to dark.
A closer look at the full museum. The backmost displays= France tomb relics on the upper left, Egyptian tomb relics in the middle, Chinese tomb relics on the right, and my transfiguration station on the, er, rightmost right. (Please ignore my wayward gnome. I guess he wants to visit China!) The foreground displays= Dropa stones/Chinese vases on the left, Zodiac Animals & Canopic Jars on the right with stacks of compendium ingots for added fun. As for the single pedestals -- the outmost ones are bugs, and the inmost ones are butterflies.
Another angle (back left)...
A cool view of the museum left foreground...
The museum right foreground (please note the photo of Death making peace signs in front of an aquarium, so kind of him to cooperate with my Sims)
And before you go-
Lil buddies! I think they're going through lifecycles on me. I have a little gnome grave, and little baby gnomes, and a little emo teen gnome. They're a lively bunch. Still missing a few, I think.
If I need to take some pictures out or the post is too big please let me know and I can change these to thumbnails!
