This is my first serious house upload, please go easy on me. Also I have not made a lot of homes, so I hope this one is still appealing. It is a home of the future, and it is how I envisioned it. I welcome all criticism and feedback you may have, I want to hear your opinion or viewpoint. I shall explain the home, first off it does not have stair cases that go all the way up, for the life of me after play testing I couldn't get the spiral staircase to allow sims to move up and down freely. Instead I have already implemented Teleportation pads throughout the house and is the only way to access the top 2 floors, unless you were a martial artist with Zen teleport, or any other method that involves teleportation. The bottom 2 floors will be the only access the pets have, unfortunate to freedoms being restricted for that, but I didn't design the top 2 floors to be for them anyway. I hope you enjoy the home, and the teleport pads should already have the teleport anywhere upgrades installed. Most importantly, give me that feedback I am asking for!

Many new images on the way! I will edit out the link to sims 3 site for images and upload a few of the diamonds in the description. I'll also provide a link to a entire tour of house, only showing the unique rooms and a few of the greenhouses to give an idea of how they all look. Again, it is how I imagined it and I do hope it looks a lot more presentable with these images now. Just needed a bit of practice with the camera and suddenly it looks much better than I had previously thought. Not to mention I got to see it at different angles. Please stay tuned and enjoy what is there!

Really cool house! It would be perfect for my mad-scientist sim but I don't have any of the Stuff Packs. Maybe I will still download it and re-decorate it with what I have installed. It looks really fun too.
