Creating music venues in Sunset Valley

Hi all.

I know that to create a music venue, you create a building and insert a stage with music instruments.  However, what about a wall sound system, especially for dancing?  I couldn't find anything like that in Buy mode.  And if you add a bar, is a mixologist automatically created once you start playing the game?  Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.  Thanks.

Wall stereos are actually in build mode when you're on a community lot, under community buildings and its misc. section.

Mixologists will come to any Late Night bar that's on a community lot. They're the most expensive bars in buy mode, by far, and they take up three floor tiles instead of two. Smaller bars will not spawn mixologists.
