I believe it's so you cannot divorce and marry the same Sim with a different name over and over - 5k LTHP a pop!

There ya go. Bingo.

Okay so I think I have just run into the strangest glitch I have ever encountered in this game, it seems to think Melvin Taft is a horse but at the same time also a sim  ???

About a game week ago his portrait vanished but then it came back again and he's been okay since, but then I realised he hadn't gone to work when the carpool came so I sent him but without really paying attention, it wasn't till he came home I saw he was still in his sleepwear and also his portrait had gone again.

I guessed at career outfit issues so sent him to the dresser, this is where it got strange, I could see him in game fine he just had no portrait but when the dresser loaded he was invisible, I exited that and then he was invisible in game, when I went to click near him the ground said graze like this.

Clicking on the dresser showed the option to scratch it, Melvin is a human sim btw not a werewolf.

So I saved quit cleared caches and reloaded, now he has moved to the bottom of the 7 sims, still with no portrait and his age shows 25 days.

He has no phone anymore and his lifetime rewards show both human and horse  ???

He also only has 3 clothing options, everyday, formalwear and sleepwear, been a while since I played a horse but don't they have 3 types of saddle?

So what are my options to fix him and has anybody ever seen this before? personally I blame all those experimental substances he keeps taking down at the lab.

EDIT: lol just clicked on one of the other housemates and it said "be bottle fed by" so not just a horse but an invisible baby horse, oh and just to add I've tried reset sim and nobody has traveled at all so it's not the invisible sim travel bug.

Very bizarre stuff. If you cannot go back to an earlier save before all this craziness happened then you have permission to start over.

I have a silly question, as per usual...

The first component is the total of all completed different named regular wishes worth at least 5k points (5k + Wishes). As long as any part of the wish title is unique from other wishes, you can count it. Award yourself 1 point per regular unique 5k + wish completed.

Can everyone complete the same wish, and it's only counted the once, or does it mean it's off limits for everyone else?

@ Tiamet

Last year challenge:  They all have to be differently named wishes, so once one sim has completed it, another sim can complete it, but it will only count once towards your points.

I am going to assume this year challenge is the same, everyone can complete the same named wish but only count once.

Gah I think I just invalidated my file, one of my household is a dog person and wished to adopt a dog, without thinking I adopted a puppy but the rules say all household additions must be elder, does that include pets too?

@ Turoskel.

Rule: Any household additions must be Elder.  So yes, adopting a dog will be adding to the household, and they have to be elder.  I'm sorry about your challenge Turoskel.  Let's wait to hear from Metro before you scratch your challenge.

@Turoskel —

:( I am sorry, but yes all household additions (Sims and pets) must be Elder. Thank you for participating and thank you so much for being honest. So go ahead and submit your score at the point you adopted the puppy.

Oh well it was great fun while it lasted anyway, thank you for letting me put my partial score in Metro.

23 lifetime wishes = 115
35 5k wishes

Total Score: 150

Well, I blew it. I got a little ahead of myself and moved in someone before they were elder... :(
I am so mad at myself! I did that a lot in my practice run, so I was trying to be careful this time. Oh well, my score up to this point is 15 5K wishes fulfilled and 2 LTW completed for 25 points.

I'm thinking about doing this challenge but Turoskel's score is a little intimidating, specially reading that it is a "partial score"!!!! Just curious, did you see what week you where on by the time you ended?

And a question: is "marrying Anna" different from "marrying Hank"?
