Yep...you just cannot have the Sims go to University.

"No consignment purchases" -- does that refer only to things that would be included in your score -- gems, metals, plants -- or does it mean you can't buy anything (skill books, incense burners, etc.)?

What happens if the collection journal isn't registering some collectibles properly? If we have got it can we calculate the percentage?

This is one of those things that we don't give pre-approval for.  If you have a percentage that isn't acting right, you could contact us but unless it's happening in your official file you will not get permission to do something.   You could warn us if there is a percentage acting up but we can't give you permission to count something when the challenge hasn't even started.

Ok, no worries - I just noticed that the fireflies bugged out when I travelled. Even though I have found them all, some don't show up. Also, the plasma bug doesn't show up as found either.

I am curious about that as well but don't see any answer did we get one?
Also for the multiplier it says and collection challenge so is that limited to the ones in the collection journal or are the gardening and fishing challenges counted as well?

Only the collection skill challenges add to your multiplier, not fishing and gardening ones.

The "no consignment purchases" rule refers any collectible item that would effect your score.

ok, I'm trying this whole thing as a practice run, and I think I'm being completely stupid... only the items in the collection journal count.. so only the things listed on the tabs (I only have 6 tabs including one for fish and plants)?  or under "collection statistics" tab where it has 8 items (with percentages) and then include plants and fish, so 10 items total?

We're specifically talking about the statistics page which is also available in the skill journal since you'll need the fishing and gardening ones too.

I haven't competed in a challenge yet, but I'm pretty excited to do this one just for fun. I'm actually going to do a let's play version of it on YouTube lol. I think it will be a good time.
