If the nooboo is up to the toddler stage, her legs will show up as scaled if she's a mermaid.

It goes, baby, toddler, child, right?  She's now potty trained, can talk, walk and is reading voraciously and no scales so guess she's going to be normal human who looks a LOT like her dad including white hair and bright torqouise eyes.  Like all nooboos, she's adorable.
