Sim won't complete actions

I have a werewolf sim that has started cancelling actions that either I or that the game give her.  It started with trying to get her to sleep and has progressed to any action other than actions involving her dog.  I've tried resetting her then resetting all sims when resetting her didn't work and she still won't complete actions to the point they disappear less than a second after the icon appears.  Is there anything else I can do to fix this?

Miakemi,

I think that your next step should be a factory reset.   (See stickies above.)  This does not take long and can often iron out odd game bugs.  Another possibility is to, using edit town, evict your sim and then replace him/her into the home.

Just got a chance to mess with this.  Factory reset didn't work, and neither did eviction.  Guess I'm abandoning this save.  Glad I've gotten into the habit of saving sims before leaving CAS.  Thanks for the help.
