All caught up!  I have been reading for awhile and decided to post.  I love the story, I'm working on this challenge myself but I've never documented it before.  Thinking about starting to though.  Can't wait for the next update.

Thanks for deciding to post!  I'm glad you're enjoying the story.  The WYD project is quite fun.  I think you should document it.  I'd certainly be intrigued to read it  :=)

Just finished reading your story so far. It's hilarious! Zheena is just the funniest sim around.  Her reaction to Mr Cook was priceless, as was her 'Saladboy' references. Had me in stitches.

Kanis, who? Well, come on. It's not like Zheena can be expected to remember all her kid's names; she has so many! The poor woman is probably just absolutely sick of children by now.

Yes, poor Zheena has been a bit overwhelmed with the presence of children.  On the bright side, keeping the house full and only filling the one opn spot as soon as it comes up has prevented any twins or triplets (with the exception of the alien twins).

And we join the Ghast household with Zheena realizing that she is about to be blessed with another little bundle of joy.



"Ugh, when can I be done having these nasty little monsters?" she asked Navine.
"Monsters?  Thanks a lot, mom," came the reply.  Navine then went off to tend too one of said little "monsters."



However, that one didn't stay little for much longer...



"Okay, sis," said Navine, "time to work on your sense of style."
"Okay, but this drawer's stuck...OOOFFF!" declared Perstephanie.



She's one of those highly coordinated young ladies.



Perstephanie definitely found her own unique look...including the tiger costume since she aged up on Spooky Day.  She was not the only one aging up around that time, however.



"This look will never do!" declared Orisis.  "I am a mighty pirate captain!  Or something similar!"



And apparently he is also a fluffy bunny.  Mahcello is not all that impressed with his little brother's fashion choices as he coniders himself quite the fashionista.



He did, however, think that young Perstephanie was quite adorable and took her to Mick's Master Karoake to celebrate her birthday.



They arrived just in time to have to go home before they broke curfew.  Perstephanie rode her bike back and ended up being out too late and getting grounded by Alfonso and immediately let off the hook by Zheena.  Quite the birthday celebration for the young lady.
Another change in the household came in the form of Saladboy Lhasa showing his commitment to Stephanie.  Yep, names are confusing around this household...



since it has been featuring a Stephanie and a Perstephanie.



Alfonso discovered that the kids were not the only ones who were finding themselves getting older.



"Ugh," groaned the now-elder fairy, "look how much this robe covers up my glorious body!  I must change this immediately!"  I think he'll be fine with the age difference once he fixes his attire.
Mahcello, being very family-oriented, went to visit his big sister Jhinx who had basically raised him and who now has a child of her own.



"Quite a nurturing uncle he has there," came a voice from behind 'Cello:  a voice he loved to hear.
"So, I'll be aging up soon, and maybe we could get a coffee or dinner or married or something?" he offered.
Her response was a giggle, a wink, and a single word, "Maybe."
While all of these other things were happening, Zheena went politely out onto the patio so as not to disturb anyone,



and brought baby Queronus into the world.
"Please let him have Jeffery's horrible nose!"
Be nice, Jhinx.
"Why?  What fun is that?"

Perstephanie is really growing on me too, she's just this determined little oddball that's hidden behind the entirety of her strange family.

I like how Zheena calls the kids "little monsters." Mostly because that's what my mom would call me and my siblings all the time. She was clearly endearing about it, though (never put "nasty" in front of it, either). I'm sure Zheena means it in the nicest way Zheena can, though.

And I'm really digging the name Perstephanie. I know you tend to have this fondness for off the wall names, but that one's really pretty.

Yeah, I'm getting there slowly but surely.  I've considered giving up a few times, but I'm already this close, so that would be silly and unfair to poor Zheena.

Thanks!  I like her name too.  If I'm being honest, she's one of my favorite kids from Zheena's immense brood.
Realistically, Zheena has significantly softened her stance on the children.  At first, she barely did any of the childcare (outside of Abbica, because she was the favorite), but she's much more involved with her little monster brats now  :=)

Thanks.  I adore Jhinx as well.  You might notice I made sure to have them move while she was still in the household so I wouldn't lose my favorite co-narrator  ;=)
