So...Zheena has your permission to hate zombies, tragic clowns, and toadsims.  I bet she can work with that!

I didn't say she has permission to hate them, I said I would be repulsed by a zomboo and I wouldn't blame her for being repulsed too. I am sickened by and sorry for zombies. I just feel bad for Tragic Clowns and Toads. Stop twisting my words, Pippin!

Ghastly Hallows--Chapter 23: A Healthy Chat
« Reply #183 on: September 27, 2013, 10:50:22 PM »
Young Djavon finally got his makeover,

and he's not a bad-looking young fellow.  And he's a fellow.  That was the reason the extra room was added on, but he's still sharing a room with sisters.

That would include this alien baby.

"What do we do with it?" Djavon asked.
"Shove a bottle at it," Cassidy replied.  "That's what Abby does."
"But why does it smell so bad?" he posed.
She looked a bit longer, then said, "I'll go ask Abby."
It's a good thing she wasn't planning to go ask Hildy.

She was a little preoccupied at the moment.

The next day, Djavon spent some time holding court before it was time to head to school.

Alfonso also wanted to hold court as he is, after all, the king of the castle.

"Why don't you take a seat next to me so we can have a private chat," he said to his wife.

"Okay," she replied, "what's on your mind, glowbug?"
"It's interesting that you use that little nickname for me," he began.

"I notice that none of our babies have gotten that particular trait," he mentioned.   "In fact, I notice that none of them even resemble me.  And right after an alien stranger started hanging around our house, you became pregnant with twins who turn out to look like aliens."
Zheena simply sat there.
"Anything you want to say in response to that?" Alfonso said, a bit assertively.

"Sorry," she said, "I was distracted by my phone chiming.  It's probably Ariel sending me more pictures of you two sneaking around together.  I bet the tabloids would love these shots, Mr. Governor."

"Yeah," she said smugly, "we chat."
It was Alfonso's turn to be silent now.

"Umm, anyway," he began, "I just wanted to tell you that...even though our kids don't resemble me, I think you're the best wife ever...and I love you.  Lots."

"I know, dear," she replied, with something that was not entirely a smile.  Alfonso made his excuses about needing to get ready for work and walked away.

"Nice job, mom," congratulated Cassidy.
"I'll just be getting these dishes for you, mummy dearest," said Djavon.

Later that night, Hildy tutored Djavon (in hopes of an early age-up from making the honor roll),

and another daughter had a surprise for everyone,

Everly was not sure she was quite alright with Fabala aging up.

Fabala simply made a noise that almost sounded like, "horrors."
And Folson aged up too,

and resembled his father...which would, of course, be Alfonso.

Of course, it's Alfonso. It's weird that you even put that in there, Pippin. No ideas why you would.

Zheena's so BA. Yeah, your mistress and I chat. She's cool.

First of all, why does that baby smell? Did it poo or do aliens have a bad odor ;D

Love how Zheena called Alphonso out. What's good for the goose...

Alphonso...Alphonso...those wings...

Yep.  Zheena called him out.  I was going to have it happen earlier, but I decided to save it until it could be more impactful.  Alien babies seemed like the right time.

Oh, it was baby poo.  Hence they got Abby to take care of it.  The gander clearly rules this roost  ;=)

Yep.  Crazy little wings.

Ghastly Hallows--Chapter 24: Horrors
« Reply #188 on: September 29, 2013, 10:55:02 AM »

Ghosts tend to stick around for the early morning hours...

when kids are at school and husbands are at work.

Looks like one more life state will be crossed off the list.

But why run the risk that it might not take?

Time for round two.

And sure enough,

there was morning sickness,

followed by maternity wear...though this horrendous everyday wear simply won't do, so she'll be going with her formal attire.
Meantime, Abbica had finished teaching Everly her toddler skills,

so it was time for an age-up.

It seems possible that Alfonso is laughing at his daughter.  What a horrible thing to do.

And the lovely young Everly is wondering how she could possibly be related to the less-than-handsome Folson.

She had started into the challenge with something less than enthusiasm about raising all of these children, but Zheena has become rather fond of her children.  Well, some of them, anyway.

While Abbica is still the clear favorite, she is particularly fond of her young redhead.

And why wouldn't she be?  Everly is truly a beauty and mommy is definitely paying her more attention.
Alfonso, however, is giving more time and attention to young Fabala.

"Okay sweetie," began the loving father, "Say 'flowers.'"
And the baby girl responded with, "Horrors!"

Alphonso is quite the character and might I suggest he grow a pair? Of extra wings. hahaha

Also, I feel so sorry for the alien babies. Everyone seems to think they are disgusting :(

I hope Zheena has a ghost baby, just because they are horribly glitched if you ambrosia them ;D

What is Zheena going to do when Abbica grows up and moves out? Train another child to take over the baby care? She has a pretty sweet deal, not having to do any work with the kids. Loved the 'confrontation' scene so much. That was just brilliant. I like how you addressed that, because really, how is he not going to notice after awhile. Although, Zheena being on the rainbow slider is a bonus because she could have kids in a bunch of different colours. Looking forward to finding out more about Fabala. Horrors, indeed.

Alfonso certainly does just go with whatever Zheena deems proper and correct.  Fabala will become even more fun as we go  :=)

Abbica has been the most incredibly helpful child Zheena could have asked for.  The teens who come along after her will have to handle daycare by committee.
The rainbow slider is rather handy, but not quite as handy as blackmail photos  ;=)
Fabala is a literary reference (as hearts already identified), so the "Horrors" comes from that.

Ghastly Hallows--Chapter 25: Potions
« Reply #192 on: September 30, 2013, 10:54:09 PM »

Zheena was thirsty one night, so she decided to drink a vial of immortality.

This will help make sure that she's always around for her favorite girls.

Zheena then went out for a walk and stumbled upon the most beautiful thing she has ever seen...

Akoni.

"Well, fancy meeting you here, fish boy," greeted Zheena in a sultry tone.
"Believe me," responded the merman, "the pleasure is all mine."
"Hey!" interrupted the unicorn, "Mythical and extraordinary creature over here.  Someone please notice me!  Please?"

"What are you doing?" asked Cosmo.
"Trying to figure out where mommy went, silly," answered Cassidy, as if that made any sense given that the telescope was pointed at the sky.

And since daddy was at home watching the kids (some of whom were trying to watch mommy), that meant Abbica had a chance to get saltwater on her scales.

And while their daughter was taking her swim, Zheena and Akoni were getting in some bonding time.
But others were having bonding time as well.

Fabala has learned how to say, "Horrors," in response to everything, so Alfonso turned his attention to teaching her to walk.  Hildy, child genius and renowned astronomer, turned her attention to tutoring young Djavon.  Both of these actions were, of course, to age them up and get rid of them sooner to help these young people reach their full potential as Sims.

Zheena's favorite girls have been working on their skills in chemistry and painting respectively.  The painting's going a little better.

Hildy's spending time working on her social skills.

Cassidy, in the meanwhile, was somewhat stalking two of hier biological father's other daughters.  She's kind of a creeper.

Everly, one of the two child-aged girls, managed to finish a rather decent painting,

right before she became the only child-aged girl in the house.

Cassidy aged up to be a rather lovely teen.

"Are you going to go get your age-up makeover now?" asked Cosmo

"Haha, you're short," she replied.

But she did get said makeover,

and Cosmo also aged up, which is convenient given that Abbica has finally created the potion that has been her goal this whole time...

Hahaha. I don't care what any of them think, Fabala is a cutie and she's MY favorite ;D

Akoni is such an attention seeker. Get over yourself, unicorn!

Moar IF madness to come then? Be careful. Those IFs turn out pretty hawt. But I'm sure that's Zheena's plan anyhow...

For a wild moment I thought that the unicorn was named after the merman. Lol. Good luck, hope Cosmo is pretty.
