Sims 3 - Can't start new game

Have you been able to solve this problem yet? If not, I think I know what's wrong and what you should do to make it work.

The save files don't look right in that picture. The one on the right might be corrupted and causing a problem for everything else. Do any of the save files say "bad" in the name?  If so, delete the file(s). Otherwise, you could reinstall the entire game, or just remove the files if that's what let's you start a new game. Also, it might be that one file on the right that's messing you up. Try removing that one file from your game.

Have already reinstall the entire game.
No bad file. Only one savegame and I cannot start a new game.

On that screenshot in your post, when you're trying to start a new game, what exactly happens when you click on the big round button with the V sign?

I feel stupid I clicked 2 times on new game instead one time and then on the V-sign.

That's just what I thought, and yes, it was a bit stupid, but then again we all do stupid things now and then. It's just human nature, nothing can be done about it...
