Selling Diving Collectibles

I was wondering if diving collectibles (sea shells, messages in bottles, etc.) can be sold at the Consignment Store. Has anyone tried it, or have I missed someone saying it?

I thought I'd said it before but no.  The only part of diving that is able to be consigned is the fish that you pick up.
