Seasonal lot marker in plaza park?

Apologies if this has been answered, but I couldn't find it.

Can anyone tell me where the seasonal lot marker is in Plaza Park in Isla Paradiso? I can't seem to find it.

I found it next to the fountain beside a palm tree up there on the corner that houses the soccer field.
